We have received an excellent service from everyone we have encountered at Chancellors in stanmore and Joanna from the Client Advice Team.

I cannot recommend Jo enough. She has been absolutely brilliant. If I sent an email query late at night she would be on the phone first thing the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. I wanted a quick sale and hadn’t had many viewings. After speaking to Jo and following her advice my house sold within a week. She is an absolute star!!

The majority of the communication I had was with Katherine Badenhorst Negotiation Manager. Cannot fault her in anyway or any of her colleagues. All the communication was swift professional and over and above what I expected. Thank you again for making the sale process so easy for me.

Katherine did the most amazing job seeing through the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. We believe that without her it would have taken much longer and have been more stressful. It was great to have her as our go to person for everything and she was very responsive at all hours and at weekends. We wished she was around when we bought our first house!

We love our new house and we appreciate all the time and effort she has spent on us.

While I'm unable to credit chancellors Banbury with a 5 star rating I most certainly can Sara gamble from the bracknell office. She has provided a truly exceptional understanding of the role of property management and executed it professionally. She has restored my lost faith in property letting agents and hope she can expand her role into training those in such need at a local branch level.

Sean is very efficient and ensures any work needed to be carried out in the property is sorted same day. He is quick to respond and very understanding of all our needs. Everyone needs a property manager like Sean!

I had my property on market to sell through Chancellors Camberley branch with big hopes. But sadly it didn't worked out and branch was mounting pressure on me to sell the property despite any loss to me as they were suppose to get fixed commission on sale (so basically they didn't bother about my loss). Also struggled a lot while ending contract. Despite of sending several emails , branch was unable to confirm that on said date. So this was very traumatic experience I had.

But luckily, came across guy name Paul Whitehouse from central office and he made sure, that i will be off the hook from chancellors asap. So this 5 Start are only for Paul and not Chancellors at all. My property is not sold and i dont have any plans to return to them.

From my initial call from Paul right through to my last, each one was Professional, concise and Extremely informative.

Everything was explained so that i fully understood the detail.

I can't recommend him highly enough, 5 Star service.

We have dealt with estate agents from various companies. I have to say Paul is the only who deserves a super five star. He can always keep up with his promise whether it is a phone call back or getting a response from the solicitors. We later found out he is actually not our case manager which means he would go beyond his reponsibilities to help us.

My experience with Chancellors was horrendous, with poor communication and unkept promises throughout my contract. When Paul heard of the problems, he took time to listen and actioned accordingly. He made efforts to make sure that my end of contract arrangements went as smoothly as possible after others in the firm had not. A shining light in comparison to most in Chancellors.

After months of house hunting, my wife and I had given up on buying the place that we felt was right. Several weeks went by and then one happy day we got a call from Kathy Badenhorst interesting herself in the progress of our negotiations for that so wanted property. That was for us like a light in a thick dark night or hope when there seems to be no way out in a dead end street!
Kathy re-started the negotiations (which were actually dead!), playing an effective roll as a bridge. She has shown herself very professional, extremely kind and sensitive to our urgency.
She is extremely enthusiastic, caring and charming.
Her diligence is second to none, very practical in her approach and hugely proactive and effective. Even after we have passed the negotiations stage, she is still helping us to see the purchase through to completion.

Id like to recommed the work of Kathy Badenhorst as Negotiation Manager in the Client Advice Team. Kathy picked up my case following a protracted offer situation on a house we were interested in purchasing. We had become increasingly frsutrated with the lack of feedback and clarity on the situation of our offer during which Kathy stepped in to negotiate. Kathy took the time to understand , really listen to oursituation and align a recommendation on the next steps with the seller. I have been super impressed with the approach, constant feedback and communication style of Kathy, always taking the time to check in personally and ensure as her client that we are informed and upto date (even through the weekends). Kathy has taken what was a very high stress situation for us and removed the burden while continuing to help us get to a positive conclusion, really going above and beyond to put her clients first - thank you !

Louise was just the most helpful and kind person, really knowledgeable and reliable. Saved the day for Chancellors to be honest, we were about to move to another estate agent when she stepped in to help - twice!

Chancellors Slough have all risen to the challenge they are always on hand and go above and beyond especially in difficult times.
Kirsty and George in branch are professional and get the job done.

Becky was lovely, a great telephone manner. Updated me and said that she would contact solicitors and will keep me informed. I said I would also keep her updated. It felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years.
