Being a first-time buyer I was really sceptical about the entire process of buying my first home. There is TMI available over the internet and the process can be really intimidating especially if you're buying your first home. Hence I approached my search with much caution, especially when the advice I was given was, ' Ultimately the agent works for the seller and not the buyer...'.

However, right from our very first conversation, Chris (Gray) seemed really friendly and patient while the other agents were dry and transactional in their way of doing business. He patiently listened to my worries, concerns and naive questions and answered them honestly.

As a result, I found my first (ideal) home with the right kind of guidance and support. Furthermore, I was also impressed with the work ethic at chancellors after I read some very worrying information online which Chris helped filter promptly. He was available whenever I needed help/clarifications.

Thank you for making the stressful process of looking for my first home seamless and as stress-free as it can be. I wish all first-time buyers & sellers have the fortune to have an agent like Chris on board.

Poonam Shah is a Client Advice Executive with Chancellors and is a very efficient, courteous and polite lady who, if she says she will do something, she does it! She explains the current status of my property for sale with clarity and is prompt in dealing with matters; she is a great asset to this Company.

This is the first time I have sold a property and Louise has been amazing at helping me progress with my buyers and explaining all the steps that are needed. She has chased the branch for me and worked tirelessly to resolve issues and answer questions I have had. She has been operating at a higher level than the rest of the Chancellors organisation and I wish all the team were as efficient as Louise.

I have nothing but praise for Louise Hughes who handled a very difficult situation regarding my father being badly let down by Chancellors with the utmost integrity and professionalism and I would go as far as to say that without Louise and her calm and sensible approach I would definitely have taken the matter further !
