Zahra from the bracknell office phoned up today to make a quick check as I'd been looking at properties in Swindon but their advisors were unavailable.

Very professional and kind, even when not able to completely help with my query due to the property having been let already she was able to set up my profile quickly and efficiently so as to receive further info via email. A very helpful woman and hopefully others will have the pleasure of dealing with Zahra in the future.

Chancellors Corporate Lettings has provided an excellent service as we transitioned from one tenant to another in our flat. Charlotte was proactive at every stage of the process and always kept us up to date with progress reports on our search for a new tenant.

Excited to move in now!

I met Tristan on Monday to discuss selling our house. We were very taken by his open honest manner. He has been very thorough and explained the process, advising us of the best plan to move forward.
He visited again later that day to met my husband and went through everything again.
The service so far has been very efficient and we have been involved all the way.

Abbie is so helpful and keeping me up to date with issues on my rented property, she is amazing, during this very difficult time, a pleasure to talk to.

Amy Depledge has been very helpful in managing my property, for example in organizing my gas safety inspection recently. Despite very difficult circumstances, including the need for both my tenants and my central heating contractor to self-isolate due to Covid, she ensured that the appointment was made in time for the new gas safety certificate to be issued a few days before the previous certificate expiry date. This has been very encouraging.

Chancellors are extremely helpful. Any issues and they get back to me in great time. Our property manager is always really happy to help. Would recommend!

Excellent experience with Chancellors ... from a Sales perspective, very good with digital Solution, great MI and instant feedback on viewings etc. Post Sales was excellent. Can be stressful times getting to the finish line but support from Chancellors and in particular Joanne Fox was exemplary.
