Francesca has responded to me swiftly and helped with my issues in the place I'm renting as a tenant. Very pleasant experience.

The complaints and grievances are responded on time. Even on weekends and non-business hours emergency service are taken care by their business partners.Great service by our property manager Francesca Deacon MARLA.

Made last minute viewing arrangements and have been in regular comms to update us on the process. Professional and personable service.

Chancellors took over selling our house after a terrible experience with another estate agency, the difference in the levels of service was amazing, they provided an online app enabling us to check the progress of our house sale, they also telephoned on a weekly basis with updates, after twenty weeks with the first agency Chancellors found a buyer within four weeks of signing up, we will definately use them again

I went Into the office and greeted by an agent named Tiago. He made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to help me find a suitable accommodation. At times I felt that he cared more about helping me than myself helping me which I thought was very kind of him. For his age, Tiago seems to be well informed and knows the companies policies. If you are looking for a property in oxford then this guy will find you one.

Absolutely perfect service from Chancellors. Iulia Branduse was our lettings agent and she was incredibly kind and facilitating from start to finish. She made the entire process very simple and manageable for us. Finding a property to rent in Oxford was too easy to believe, given the current shortage in housing in Oxford. Iulia has made a great effort to assist in helping me find a property to rent. In my opinion, she has gone over and above what one can expect from a rental agent. I am trying to rent a property while being in another country and she has made every effort to make sure I get a good apartment (as I am not there to see it in person) and negotiate on my behalf.

Malcolm was absolutely outstanding during our whole process of finding a new home.
