Good experience
The only downside was the difficulty in reaching the letting department, it often took several attempts to get my calls answered. This was the sole negative aspect of my experience with Chancellors Headington. Charlie Howlett and Freya Barry were both cordial, polite, and friendly. I met Freya only once in person during our house visit, and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Charlie was a pleasure to work with, he was always agreeable, responded to emails promptly, and maintained a high level of professionalism and politeness.

Headache-free property letting
Great attention to detail and hard work by the agent to ensure everything went to plan and on time whilst conforming to the regulations and safety checks. Very personal service both to me as landlord and for my prospective tenants.
I have been using Chancellors for a number of years and will continue to do so.

Never Calls Back Ever
Headington Branch is awful the customer service you receive is terrible made several enquiries about rental properties and one in particular i enqured was told not taking viewings at the moment and to call back in a week which i did to then be told it has already been let then to say they will put me on an update property list but never contact me about them and never answer the phone how this office is still open amazes me

Chancellors for the renting market
Chancellors have been helpful in our search for a rented property in one of the most competitive areas to live in Oxford. Jude and Charlie were amazing in showing us around the properties and answering all the questions we had. Their communication and professionalism are on point, I would definitely use them again.

Letting and management of a property
As a landlady I can only say that Chancellors Oxford totally suck when it comes to letting your property and have them manage it. There are so many people involved, and not a single one of them knows what the rest of them do. They are as useful as a chocolate teapot.
I myself would have given them the heave-ho a long time ago, but as the property is co-owned the person I share the ownership with keeps putting up with their complete incompetence, disinterest and bumbling.
The only time they get their skates on is when they want money!
They may be ok for people looking for a rental, but stay away from them when it comes to looking for an estate agent to deal with your rental and manage your property!

Extremely professional and friendly service from Chancellors. I have been renting out my flat through Chancellors and the service I received was remarkable. A special mention to Charlie who supported me through the letting process with excellent and prompt communication, efficiency and knowledge.
