Chancellors Henley Lettings team led by Sam is an absolute pleasure to work with. A breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences with other agencies. Sam is personal, professional and brings a genuine passion to what he does. Born and bred in Henley he comes with years of local knowhow and relationships together with an obvious love for the town such that it comes over that he just wants the best outcomes for his hometown and its residents. I really appreciated the energy and positive urgency he brought to the process and yet balances that with taking the time to talk and work through together all queries and considerations along the way. I felt he understood and we were totally aligned on outcome and approach from the outset and throughout. We had one minor issue with a third party which Sam handled and dealt with promptly, professionally and in the proper way. I only met Katie for 5 mins but she is obviously a credit to the team too.

Katie from the Lettings team was great to deal with. She went above and beyond to secure a potential letting for me. Professional, polite, friendly and a real asset to the team. Top marks for a fabulous service!

The agent scheduled a viewing quickly, communicated promptly with us and provided the information we requested. Our viewing was a bit quick but we got the main things we needed from it.

I have twice been to look at a property in Henley-on-Thames assisted by sales negotiator Alizae Ali of the Henley-on-Thames branch of Chancellors estate agents. On both occasions Alizae was very friendly, helpful, polite, honest and well informed of the relevant subject matter connected with the sale. I asked Alizae to send me some further information regarding the running costs of the property and true to her word she dispatched the information to me the next working day. Alizae Ali is clearly a credit to her profession - she deserves to and doubtless will go far.

Personable and fast-paced dealing with Chancellors letting team. I enquired about letting with a property in mind within 24 hours I was viewing the property. Very soon after I was signing paperwork with a move date confirmed, now I have the keys.

My Lettings Manager, Sam Hinton directed his specialist teams all the way to get me into the property. Plus there was a pivotable moment where his relationship with the Landlord who lives overseas was imperative - I was truly impressed with his relationship management between tenant and landlord. Amazing service.

Alizae has been both cheerful and helpful from the outset, which has made the house viewing process both an ease and a pleasure. She's been professional and easily contactable throughout, I'm grateful for her assistance.

Good communication between vendors and buyers facilitated. Easy to book viewings to see properties we were interested in.

Dreadful service ,.....
Once sale agreed , you are passed onto the sales progression team ( who were incompetent at best ) . No reply to my calls or emails for days on end ( if at all )
This firm is too big and impersonal . A call centre is used to navigate calls ( frequently did not know where to , so I'd go round in frustrated circles ) Dreadful experience . It took 6 months with 2 in the chain . The worst house sale experience of my life .

Sam Hinton excellent service from the start Sam helpful me find a tenant for my property in Wallingford and found me a nice flat to rent in Henley Will be using chancellors again in the future kind regards Des Coyle
