We were shown around Hambledon Mill by Natalia and she couldn’t have been more helpful, we had plenty of time to look around and she answered any questions we had

Natalia was great at communicating with us about the proposed viewing as there had been some delays. She was charming at the house and helped make it a very positive viewing.

Natalia was very polite and accommodating especially as the viewings seemed to be running late however she managed the expectations of the viewers diplomatically and with grace

She had good answers to our enquires and those she couldn’t answer she said she would revert

I would highly recommend going through Chancellors. They were extremely helpful and the whole process was simple and easy. Special mention has to go to Sam Hinton (the Lettings Client Manager) because he was absolutely superb. He was very responsive, polite and personable. Any issues got sorted out in a timely manner.

Although we were very late to our viewing due to traffic, Natalia was very accomodating, friendly and provided a thorough tour of the property answering all of our questions.

I would like with this review initially thank Natalia Kubinska's considerable help in finding me a property in the Henley-on-Thames area RG9.
I received adds to start with from Natalia based on the price range that I submitted to her and adds were being followed by very helpful follow upcalls asking my opinion with regards to the properties. If I had any questions she would promptly find the answers and report back to me either by phone or by email. Unfortunately due to circumstance beyond my control I had to stop my search for property in that area for the time being. I may in future resume my search should this become the case I would very much like again to receive Natalia's help. The help that I received was very professional and top class. I thank everyone involved again.
