Spot on from the start, Sam Hinton from Chancellor's Henley office has helped me with everything he could and more. Couldn't recommend him and the others at chancellor's enough.

Alexander was very helpful indeed, putting together a series of eight viewings for me and then repeating three of these over the Easter weekend for my father. Alexander was patient and gave us as much time as we needed to look round the properties, giving constructive suggestions about possible alterations we could make to improve layout for our particular needs.

Chancellors has been fantastic throughout the process of selling my terraced house in Henley, keeping in touch and always providing a reassuring voice at the end of the phone. I'm not supposed to name names in a review but he knows who he is. It was not the easiest place to sell - with tenants in situ and in a location less than ideal - but he made it happen and achieved the price which I had in mind from the beginning.

Sam Hinton is both professionally very competent and personally very likeable.
All dealings have been dealt with promptly and very satisfactorily reflecting his great knowledge and experience of the property market.

Excellent service and great all round experience. We dealt with the Henley branch to sell our home in 2020/21 and the sales manager there was really helpful. Considered and measured style throughout the whole sales process.

Sam has been totally 'on it' with helping us let our house. He helped us manage the transition from old tenants to new tenants before the tenancy had ended and was extremely proactive in helping us find suitable new tenants so that the house would not be empty for very long. A pleasure to deal with and will definitely be using him in the future if necessary.

Nothings appears to be too much trouble and you can always expect a return call no matter the time of day or the enquiry. What's more, he's personable and has an excellent knowledge of the area and likely tenants. As a landlord he provides the reassurance you seek in a lettings agent.

I want to express how excellent and professional Sam Hinton was during the letting period for my property. I was never in doubt regarding leaving him to deal with the viewings of prospective tenants as he showed an in depth knowledge regarding the property and surrounding area. I get great support from the Henley Branch. Sam is very responsive, good at closing prospective tenants and good at making sure good tenants are put forward. Doing business with him is professional but also fun and he is happy to share a joke.

I have been dealing with Sam Hinton and Simon Swanson about the letting of my property. They were extremely prompt in arranging viewings, took on board the sort of tenants who would be right for the property, and found good tenants. When my move to my new home was delayed for 4 months, Simon and Sam then kept the prospective tenants on board and explained the delay, fielding phone calls every week, and also keeping me updated. They have been extremely helpful with sorting keys, checking the professional cleaning was done well, and arranging details relating to the inventory clerk. I would definitely recommend them.

Sam from Chancellors was excellent, great communication throughout, and made the whole process simple and easy!
