So far the experience has been great, buying a house was always going to be a stressful experience. Luckily we had Ned from the Lightwater office show us the property. Ned explained the house and had good knowledge of the area. Very polite and professional. We have had clear and prompt communication with Ned, over the last 2 weeks, he always comes back with answers.

Excellent service from Martin at Chancellors. Professional, efficient and extremely helpful throughout. Communication was clear and prompt, and the whole process was handled smoothly. Highly recommended! Thank you Martin.

Emily McKnight was very proficient in showing us around the house. She answered all our questions and nothing seemed too much trouble. The only criticism I have is that the first showing seemed a bit rushed, this was not the case in the second viewing.

Emily McKnight has been a great help with our intention to purchase a local property in the village. She initially met us at the property and has supported at all of the various stages thereafter. No hesitation in recommending her. Great information and support.

Ned has been very useful and kept me updated every step of the way and has been extremely helpful . When I do decide to sell I will coming straight to Ned !!

To have made a final decision to sell my house I found the staff at Chancellors extremely helpful (as I had many doubts of selling) and patient. They were always available or would call back as soon as they could to assist with many questions and guidance. Never did I feel like I was pushed in any particular direction as they were honest with me at all times.
Martin and Keira were the main people I dealt with and could not rate them enough.

Keira we saw more as she was the main person doing the viewings and she never rushed the potential buyers, answering questions, friendly and professional always with a smile on her face. She is definitely an asset to Chancellors.

Martin very friendly, professional and honest. Always available to advise if and when I needed advise. In fact Martin was very helpful with assisting me with potential purchases whenever I needed advise.

I have had lots of experience with estate agents in the past . Not always good ! I have to say that Keira Clisby was extraordinary . She was naturally friendly , full of knowledge and facts and pleasure to be.

We have recently purchased a property through Chancellors and the whole process took a lot longer than anticipated. Chancellors were so supportive and helpful from day one, Martin Jakins dealt with the progression of the sale in a very professional manner. He kept us up to date and advised us on what was happening even though he was working for our seller and not actually us as the buyers.
