I have to say Martin and Keira cannot be faulted for their efforts to sell my flat. The communication was always on point, I had weekly calls from Martin with updates from potential buyers, viewings and offers. And Keira was also just as easy to communicate with and attended pretty much every viewing of which there was a lot!

We got the sale done, and I’m grateful for their help in achieving that for me.
I would use them again, for sure.

Martin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire house-buying process as a first-time buyer. He answered all of my questions and provided continuous support, making the experience much easier. I honestly don’t think I could have navigated the process without him, especially since I wasn’t familiar with all the steps. He was there for me at every turn, and I truly appreciated his guidance.

we have used many estate agents over the years, some of them a complete waste of time.
this time we are using (chancellors estate agents , Lightwater office.)
the young lady looking after our sale is miss Keira Clisby. this young lady goes way far and beyond any other person we have dealt with, fantastic customer care, and support .these days it is hard to find the right employee for a company . well here we have a person (Keria) who will do what it takes to serve and support customers. we cannot fault the interest she is showing in our sale, along with a constant smile.
WE HOPE here head office make a note of our comments, as she has indeedproved her worth.

We haven't moved for 40 years and needed to start somewhere, so we visited the area we wanted to move to and drove around looking at the various roads and Agents boards. We saw several properties with Chancellors boards outside so decided to call in to the office. We were greeted by Emily who made us comfortable and took our details. She has kept in contact with us regularly and sends details of properties that meet our search criteria. Emily has also accompanied us to viewings and is careful to listen to our likes and dislikes for future reference. Although we have yet to find our perfect property, Emily has been a constant, helpful presence without being pushy and we feel sure we will find our perfect home with her help, very soon.

Keira was always helpful and polite and very quick to respond to queries. This helped to get our offer accepted and the property removed from the online markets.

Following a recent call to Chancellors, Kiera was super helpful and set up a viewing for me on an already busy day for Chancellors. We loved the house and made a successful offer! Kiera was happy to take me back round the property again and provided answers to all my questions really promptly.

Keira was great to deal with, very prompt and diligent.

We have been warned not to use them but we didn't listen.
The worst service we have ever received and for a life changing transaction. From start to end there are not enough words to describe the experience.
Agents not having a clue of the property they present.
Not replying to emails, attitude on the phone. Mistakes that cost us money and tme.
Only interested to complete the purchase to receive their commission.
I really regret and this is not something someone should feel when they about to buy a house, their house....

We sold our property and purchased a new one through Chancellors, and I have to say, the service has been outstanding. We initially dealt with Keira, whom we met at the property. She was incredibly welcoming and answered all of our questions with confidence and professionalism. What stood out to me was her extensive knowledge, not just about the property itself but also the broader process.

As with any property transaction, we encountered a few challenges (through no fault of ours), but Keira and Holly were simply fantastic. They worked tirelessly to resolve the issues, keeping us updated, even late into the evening. Their dedication and genuine care made me feel that they truly had our best interests at heart.

So far, it's been a good experience, but we're some way to completing our house sale, unfortunately the first buyer couldn't find a suitable mortgage so we've had a bad delay, however the team at lightwater have managed to push our house forward again and we now have another buyer

So far Chancellors have sold our property quite quickly. We were advised to reduce the price to open it up to a wider market which proved successful. Market price was achieved by Matt and Keira is expediting the paperwork promptly and efficiently.
