He was very professional, easy to speak with and knowledgeable about the properties we viewed. He sent prompt communications and all the details we requested. Michelle was very responsive and helpful in the buying process. Also went out of her way to provide a viewing when another member of the team had not booked it correctly in the system. A bit too pushy on selling Chancellors recommended services though that can be expected from some estate agents.

Doing what needs to be done without any drama

Kashan was very helpful always giving us time and keeping us informed of new properties to view. During any viewings his input was greatly appreciated.

Even though we did not purchase through Chancellors I would receive phone calls and emails from Kashan to bring property to our attention.

Mohammad was very professional and informative. All questions about the property were answered well and he was very knowledgeable about the property. Definitely recommend.

We have decided to market out property for sale with Chancellors, based on that when we bought the same property, it was advertised with Chancellors at the time; given they were quite local and had historical facts and knowledge, this would be quite useful. Holly came out to meet with me and went through everything that's important when selling a house, including an idea of house prices and what we'd like to sell it for.

We first marketed and had a few offers that weren't close to the marketed price but given the current economy and house market, that was to be expect. Through the entirety of it all, the team kept us up to date and gave us advice as much as possible, according to the market and us wanting to sell.
We had a first offer that we thought was great and wanted to go ahead with, unfortunately we were in a chain and one party could not proceed which led to use having to remarket it. Holly and the team did their best and we have recently received another offer that we are happy with, no chain attached and hopefully this will complete in due time.

Overall, you receive decent communication from the team and advice based on the current market. Being realistic, we did not get what we anticipated we could but that was to be expected.

Having been on viewings with Chancellors, I can say the service received was professional, accommodating and considerate. We went on multiple viewings with Matt Carter and felt that things were always handled smoothly and respectfully. Matt respond to our needs and specifications with a range of options, and he was capable of lining things up to suit our schedules. We ended up offering on a house in a different area but would have been delighted to deal with Matt further, and trust he would have facilitated a successful sale as much as possible.

All we want as a buyer is the right information given to us on time and regular communication with the agent.
Kashan was very helpful in this area, more so than many other agents we registered with.
We had a short timeframe to purchase and Kashan was proactive in providing us with all properties he thought we might like and whilst we didn’t end up purchasing through Chancellors, we appreciated his support very much
