I was misled and discriminated against by this agent. The laws regulating estate agents needs urgent reform to prevent these kind of practices.

For what a difficult viewing due to the current tenants Vassna was awesome and provided full details and what can be expected when the current tenants vacate.

Had a Veiwing with Abbey from Chancellors who brough round a client. I hsve delt with Abbey most of the time with my viewing and over the phone , I find Abbey a very polite and well smart . Never late slways on the dot with the time slot . I picked Chancellors as i have delt with them befor and they keep you updated all the time .just like to say if all the front line staff are like Abbey then they cant go wrong , ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way

Vassna was very knowledgeable and knew the local market well . The only negative as she was 15 minutes late for the viewings

They called for a reminder but failed to send the postcode on SMS or email. And when I finally got there the agent had left.

BROOKE was the main reason we chose the property on 21 charmwood close , she demonstrated that she knows the area well, the local interests and her professionalism, mannerism and caring attitude really sold the property for us. Otherwise we would have taken the other bigger 4 beds house on Kings Road opposite sainsbury.
