Happy with this service, very helpful!

The adviser have been very prompt with my needs, have been emailing me in order to confirm our appointment. Then call me previously near the appointment to make sure we were going to meet up. The day of our appointment arrived on time, he introduced himself very politely when we met in person he was dressed in a formal and neat way. In spite of his young look he seems to have good knowledge of the market, he arrived prepared with some helpful information related with flats and houses nearby and the market in that field in a folder and he leave that information for me to read calmly later.

What a TERRIBLE company, I was pressured to sign with them during recovery from illness, and then very little communication from them.
They asked me to provide pictures of the property, and then after several weeks of no contact, I asked for advise and whether I should remove the property from sale, as I was not sure how long it would take for me to recover from illness. No one contacted me to discuss, and then I recieved an invoice for ADMIN WORK????, which they didnt do. I contacted them by phone several times and was told by admin team they would phone me back, but no one has. I am now being threatend with LEGAL ACTION. I will keep on phoning them to clarify what ADMIN work they did for nearly £350. But in the meanwhile I will be going to the obudsmad to see if they can help

Amazing service provided by Natalie from the first call .After 3 months and a lot of agencies contacted to find a property for me and my family, we finally find the best people to help us. Absolutely diabolical Sales service! never reply to emails, never returns phone calls. Zero communication! Absolute joke. The Northwood office do nothing and just let their phones bounce to an external customer team.

Every time I contact Chancellors, they are helpful and friendly. They always do what they say they will in a prompt and friendly manner.

The quote initially mentioned for renting only covered part of the costs. The initial quote did not cover the additional costs.

Natalie has been very helpful in finding good flat, she was very patient and friendly in answering all our questions and was very understanding about my needs. I would definitely recommend Chancellors based on my experience.

I can’t speak highly enough as to the service I received from chancellors but especially from Mitchell. My tenants had suddenly decided they wanted to break a two-year lease without a break clause.
We’d always had a great relationship for nearly 3 years, but sadly things turned very nasty towards me as I’d asked they remain in the flat until I find new tenants to replace them, but they were adamant, they were leaving on a certain date no matter what!!
This was giving me little time especially being just before Christmas and New Year also with covid and lockdown to then find new tenants.
I wasn’t feeling very optimistic!!
I was also having to deal with this from overseas in Los Angeles where I now live ..
I’d been thinking to change agents after 11 years for several reasons but also chancellors fees were less then I’d previously been paying, but the main reason being i hadn’t been happy with how the agent had dealt with this situation or the advice they’d given me regarding my tenants wanting to get out the lease ...
I decided to contact other agents and then contacted Chancellors ...
Mitchell was trying to reassure me he’d find a tenant possibly for long term lease maybe as long as 3/4 years ( if only).to be honest I thought this was highly unlikely and all talk, as I’d be lucky to find a tenant on a one year lease at this time !!
He was very confident the flat wouldn’t remain empty for a long..
I was still so undecided what to do and i’m sure drove him crazy with my emails and constant calls before deciding to make this change ..I’m so glad I did ..
The flat was put on the market and the first viewing arranged within 24 hours, I couldn’t believe it .!!
Within a couple of weeks this lovely family moved in on a three-year lease with the possibility of renewing an extra year ..
This is a huge thanks to Mitchell .. I really can’t talk more highly about him .. he’d been so wonderful .. Certainly proved to me he wasn’t all talk..
Over the couple of days the flat remained on
the market 4/5 other people were interested in viewing the flat ..
This certainly says much as to how good Chancellors marketing is ..

Exceptional. The help I received in order to secure a property was brilliant. Constant communication and very understanding with regards to the clients needs as well as financial situation. And able to work out good tenant agreements quickly.

I had a very positive experience with Chancellors Northwood. I first spoke to Mitchell about a property that I had seen online. He quickly arranged a viewing for me and since then I have been dealing with Natalie. She was very helpful and informative while I was at the property, and even allowed me to arrange another viewing on the weekend for my partner to see it. It was an easy process securing the property, even with a few hiccups from our current property managers. Natalie and the team did everything they could for us so that we could still get the property which I'm really grateful for.

We are currently trying to rent a property and Natalie Procter was wonderful with the viewing. She ensured that both we and the current tenants were comfortable during these crazy times and that we got to view every bit of the property and wanted to know if we had any concerns that she could help address. She was very professional and helpful throughout. We also interacted with her Manager, Mr Mitchell Russell and he was equally efficient and supportive. Looking forward to a continued relationship.
