I dealt with Neela Patel during the process of making an offer on a property. I had previously dealt with staff at this agency who didn't take any interest in my particular circumstances and had not seemed willing to facilitate negotiations on price between the seller and myself. However, as soon as Neela got involved, she was very active in looking at the needs of both the seller and myself and she successfully negotiated a sale that balanced the interests of both parties. She communicated my particular circumstances to the seller, and took full account of the market environment at the time to make astute observations and recommendations. This resulted in a successful purchase of the property, with Neela also providing excellent service after the offer was accepted through to completion of the sale. I am very thankful for her personalised and keen service, which helped me secure the perfect property for me.

Well done to Natalie for her persistence and perseverance in securing me a viewing and then to follow a successful securing of a rental property.
Both Natalie and Mitchell were both very professional and respectful in all of my dealings with them both.

Was very good and helpful person to talk to..

Hannah was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. Delivered on her commitments.

Chancellors took on my property after several other agents had tried to sell it. The salesman promised the earth initially but failed to deliver and left the company.
However after a lot of perseverance and effort working closely with Chancellors into getting more appointments and an eventual upturn in the housing market, Chancellors finally managed to find me a buyer. Although in the start there were many hurdles we seem to be making progress and the new team appear to have things under control and I am hopeful we will see a successfully conclusion over the coming weeks.

Can`t say anything else, so far !!!!

Chancellors as a firm is represented by its employees. On the face of it they are good...but when the rubber hits the road and things go wrong, they can't spot the flaws.

Frances was attentive and lovely throughout the entire process and really understood our needs on the search.
