Jasmine was the agent we dealt with at Chancellors Notting Hill when buying our property. She was outstanding, extremely professional and very friendly. She was highly efficient, always prompt to reply to all our queries, even replying on a Sunday!

We worked with Matthew Sanderson when my partner and I were looking to find a flat in London, and after dealing with countless agents, that were honestly unprofessional, it we were so glad to work with Matt. He was professional, patient, honest, and extremely responsive. He walked us through the process step by step and understood all of our requirements while remaining steadfast with what the landlord wanted. He was able to get us an apartment in a week. I think more agents should follow his lead as he treats his clients with decorum, professionalism and courtesy. We hope to work with him again in the future.
