Excellent service. Totally looked after the whole process as we were selling a property remotely as so far away. Josh kept us in the loop at all times and handled all the day to day business. When we got to exchange the specialist management team were on the case almost daily and Venora and Charlotte regularly chased all involved to aid a speedy completion

As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and Sarah has been really patient and answered our questions thoroughly. You are an asset to chancellors and we wish you all the best with your future endeavours.

I asked Tom Major to market my property in April 2022 and my experience with Tom and Chancellors since than was poor. I reluctantly accepted the last offer having been advised poorly by Tom Major in the early months; it felt like my property was systematically devalued by £20,000+ over a period of 10 months yet property prices are rising! Similar properties are being marketed by Chancellors in the same area in excess of what my property was marketed for.

They had a dedicated person as your point of contact throughout each stage.
They provided regular updates on the sale - viewings, offers, buyer’s position etc
In the initial stages it was easy to get hold of your link person but once a sale was agreed, the contacts reduced and it felt like emphasis was on the buyer more than you as the seller; albeit a difficult balance to reach.
Jack, who dealt with me, was always polite and professional and seemed to really enjoy his job and to do his best to get you the right property.

Although there were a few hiccups, the service was generally good.

Appointment with letting agent to have house viewing, but then he didn't come without any notice, wasting my time to wait for him, and then after hours email me to rearrange, without any apologize or sorry, just like nothing has happened, too bad.
