Andrew Jourdain, and his excellent Lettings team in Richmond, have provided me with another year of excellent service! I have received seven high quality offers on my flat within three days and secured a great new tenant. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I recently finished a tenancy where chancellors were the letting agent not the landlord. Chancellors were unprofessional when trying to organise other potential future tenants to view the flat I was leasing. I agreed on a time for chancellors to come show people the flat to which I cleaned and organised my apartment. The letting agent never showed up to the organised date and time and did not give me any courtesy notice that they would not be coming.

Now chancellors are ignoring my request for the security deposit to be returned even after my landlord confirmed that they did not want any deductions from my security deposit.

Do better Chancellors Richmond. Don’t be scummy

I deal with a lot of agents and Louise was without a doubt the best! She is so thorough and you can tell she really cares about what she does. Cannot recommend enough!

I rented a flat through Chancellors and my experience, specifically with Louise, was genuinely superlative! She was honest, attentive and funny and did a really outstanding job of finding me a suitable flat to rent in no time at all. The whole process was an absolute dream.
