The experience with the central office has been great with frequent communication and updates along the letting process. This was particularly useful during our relocation back to the UK from overseas. The local office has been a more difficult process, unfortunately. Thankfully having a central contact has allowed us to navigate these and move forward with the tenancy.

Danielle was super responsive in every step of getting the tenancy set up. She would ring me and follow up with an email which is very helpful. I really appreciated having her in charge of our process.

Overall good experience. Made what can be a pretty tedious experience smooth. Amelia was great.

We had conflicting messages from different staff / third parties - I am unsure why we had so many people contacting us about our tenancy application - communication between staff at the local branch, the central letting teams and the lettings hub seemed particularly poor. A big thank you to Amelia P who was incredibly helpful and the only person we managed to get much sense from.

Lilli-Rose handled our recent new tenancy agreement very efficiently.
