More of a trusted advisor rather a another salesmen

It has been great experience since arranging the viewing for apartments till the signing off the agreements. Was easy to arrange a date and once we make an offer Chancellors guys pick the details and make it work fast and smoothly. Referencing will be done accurately and fast. They provide good customer support by providing status updates and getting feedback.

Friendly and helpful but could be better at keeping in touch

I have been very impressed with the ongoing attention and service that we have received from Chancellor's in Staines during the sale of our property. Lucy and her team have been attentive and given us prompt and comprehensive updates on the status and results of viewings and progress in general. We encountered numerous issues in regards to the conveyancers on all sides and she took it upon herself to get involved and through her hard work and commitment in pushing the chains, we succesfully completed. Lucy was professional and extremely friendly and was avaliable whenever required. A credit to her team and would come back to Chancellors should I sell again!

Nicola has done an excellent job of marketing our house for sale. Her diligent work led to a sale within 10 days. She is an excellent communicator and kept us fully informed. We are very pleased with her support and would recommend her to anyone.

For a few years I have built up a portfolio but always decided to manage the properties & seek tenants myself.
I approached Chancellors in Staines through a recommendation & thought I’d see what they can offer & if it will be easier for me moving forward.
They were amazing both Owen & Amy in the lettings team couldn’t of been more honest, down to earth & trustworthy.
They found me a tenant in 24 hours which blew my mind & made the whole changeover as comfortable for both myself & the tenant as could possibly be.
Based on this I chose to take out the full managment option so much so I’ve even moved some of my other properties over to them now aswell & will continue to do so moving forward.
Would like to say a huge Thankyou for all there hard work & for being so down to earth.
Would highly recommend them to any landlord or tenant looking to let a property.

I dealt with Nicola for the majority of my sale. I found her to be professional, approachable, friendly and willing to help. Nicola was always on the ball and would always return calls speedily.

I have been extremely impressed by the service I have received from Chancellors so far! Amy has been fantastically professional, charasmatic and really listens to your needs and what you're looking for. As it's my first time looking to rent my own flat after years of saving Amy really look her time to explain the process to me and didn't make me feel silly when I needed to ask for a little more clarirification. Communication has been fantastic, I even got a follow up phone call half an hour before the viewing. Most other agents send a text message so this was a nice touch. Amy is very flexible around my job and understands that I am away day to day so this was great to feel so supported during the initial stages. I also spoke to Owen over the phone who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service so far!
