I have dealt with many estate agents however I had to take some time out to write this review. Juliette from Chancellors Stanmore has been amazing..very professional and made the viewing of properties very informative and clar l.
Not only this I have been informed every step of the way in terms of the progress and would recommend her to many estate agents.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Juliette Dumouchel while inquiring about a 3 bed flat in Stanmore. Despite a virtual viewing Ms Dumouchel did her best to make me feel as if I was there. I am very pleased I had an opportunity to cooperate with Ms Juliette Dumouchel as having an excellent manner, she responded to my necessities immediately. I truly recommend her as a lettings negotiator.

Nicole was very good emailed me all the details to view the property and was greeted at the property gave ideas on how we could improve property.

I have recently rented a property via Chancellor Stanmore and was assisted by Juliette Dumouchel. She has been absolutely amazing in assisting with all checks that needed to be completed for the property, inspite of me being overseas. She personally paid attention to every detail in the process and was available to help even on her day off when I was moving in. The only suggestion that would have been very helpful once I arrived to the property, was if an information booklet/inventory checklist was left for more details of how to use the property elements, but I was able to contact the team immediately for assistance. Overall it was a great service and was an easy transition moving into the property.

What I can say. If you have real people working in your team who no works Only for money. who work in company as own family member and be loyal and grateful others too. And I can highly recommend and proudly say. Miss Juliette the way she works for this company so gently and working from mind and heart too. Thank you to help me in my concern. 🤝

At Chancellors – Stanmore, we found the staff very helpful and courteous. Our sales negotiator Nicole showed patience, was informative with us and the people viewing our home. She also put us at ease with the procedures of selling our home and her great sense of humour. It was always a pleasure meeting with Nicole.
