As a landlord I was looking for someone to market the property and find me a quality tenant. I got a good vibe from Ricky even before I met him but once I was able to meet him it was a no brainier. He was enthusiastic without being pushy, he was always happy to hear from me and never made me feel like I was bothering him. We will be going back to Ricky when we are in need of his services again.

I was very interested in renting a property through them but was immediately dismissed by Mr. Monty Tang just because i work on a 0 hours contract and did not "pass" the "guarantor" even though the property i rent now is exactly of the same monthly rate and has been paid every month on time. I didn't like his demeanour from the beginning by email and over the phone, first he accused me of blocking his number even though i have never had his number before just because he couldn't get hold of me but then realised there was a typo in the number given to him (apparently). All i wanted was to arrange a viewing but before i could even do that, i was asked irrelevant personal questions like what is my job and how much money i earn, not just me but also the person i live with too, I've never had to do this before, it must be a company policy but i have to say its bad practice and an evasion of someones personal details, i generally do not like to disclose my monthly income to anyone unless its truly relevant and just to view a property in my opinion is not necessary. Once i revealed i work on a 0 hours contract i was immediately and rudely shut down, even though my monthly income and the person i live with monthly income is more than enough to cover the rental cost of this property i was interested in. I was left very disappointed as i was really interested in renting this property long term. i am afraid I cannot possible recommend this company to anyone. Disappointing!

Ricky was fantastic in helping us get our flat, especially over Christmas time! Very impressed with his excellent communication and would highly recommend his service!

A very professional company that made us feel extremely at ease from the first appointment. There was no hard sell, everything was laid out before us and explained in detail where needed. All telephone conversations were handled with extreme knowledge whomever the sales person was conducting the business with us.

Great service - from start to finish. This was the first time that we let a property and Ricky Veale from the beginning was extremely friendly and informative. He connected with us on a personal level, and not just for commercial purposes - this was one of the reasons that we chose to go with Chancellors. Throughout the marketing period, we were constantly kept informed of progress, through both emails and telephone. Monty was also very helpful and friendly, giving us tips on how to attract more prospective tenants. Overall very pleased with the service provided and highly recommended.

Tammy from the Stanmore office worked hard to try and find a property that was suitable for my needs and within budget. She was very professional and I felt safe and comfortable doing property viewings with her during these tough Covid restricted times.

We found Chancellors Stanmore Branch very helpful and competent. They acted speedily and efficiently when dealing with all our queries and we would recommend them to others who are looking for rental properties

I did two viewings with Andrew and he was very helpful and informative
He arrived on time at the house we were supposed to meet and was very polite
He kept in touch periodically but unfortunately chancellors weren’t able to find me my perfect home
