Once again this year the intensity and attention to detail by the team at Chancellors has been unprecedented.

Led by Adam and Katie they once again quickly found the correct “fit” for my rental flat.

This is why I and other family members have had a relationship with this Estate Agency for over 20 years.

Our experience with Katie Palmer at Chancellors Summertown has been great. We're based overseas and needed to find a rental in Oxford for later this year. Katie's been happy to show my parents around a property on our behalf and deal with them as needed when we weren't available. Everything seems to be progressing well with the rental application and we hope to be signing the tenancy agreement soon. Thanks Katie!

Katie has been very professional, friendly and accessible throughout the whole process. Email and phone accessibility was good; Katie was very responsive and helpful. Extra bureaucracy of liaising with a central Chancellors office (handed over to a 'progression team') however added an unnecessary layer of confusion — the local office (my contact with Katie and Adam) was more than capable and met all needs well. Contract return could be more expeditious, but this could be an issue with the provider (Signable) contracted by Chancellors; no fault to the agents themselves.

Katie was extraordinarily helpful and thoughtful throughout the rental application process and is the reason I was able to secure the flat I really wanted. She was very responsive and attentive to the multitude of details that had to be taken care of in connection with the application process. Her effort was all the more impressive given that the entire transaction was conducted long distance, from the states. I especially appreciate her follow up after my initial inquiry, when the apartment seemed to be rented. She called back a few weeks later to let me know it had come back on the market. I was delighted she took note of my interest in the place and was an expert guide throughout the process, coordinating matters between myself, the landlord, and lettings company that verified the application elements. She has a keen eye for detail and didn't let any aspect of the deal slip, ensuring that the deal happened. I recommend her highly as a lettings agent, 5 stars without a doubt!

Fast, accurate and professional service

We were looking for a flat/house in Oxford and have contacted Chancellors after seeing an ad on Rightmove. After that, everything was quick, smooth and exactly as promised: in a 3 days we visited the house, in a week contract was signed, and in 10 days we've received a keys. In general I am very satisfied with the speed and ease of the whole process.

Katie is super responsive and helpful. We're unfamiliar with the rental process in the UK and Katie patiently replied to our questions.

We worked with Katie who was incredibly helpful and communicative through the viewing and application process, including liaising with the landlord on our behalf as applicants and helping us to secure the property we were interested in. She continued to be available once our offer was accepted by the landlord and handed off to the office's lettings progression team, which was much appreciated. Very positive experience overall and would be happy to work with Katie again.
