I had a fantastic experience with Chancellors Estate Agents. From the very first interaction, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful; Sophie Day, Patrick Smith, Beth Parker ..... They guided me through both the purchase & letting processes with clear communication, sound advice, and genuine care for my needs.

The experience with Chancellors was great. I would like to thank Sam and Luke for their help in securing the purchase of the property. The communication was smooth and direct.

Correspondence was great from start to finish Luke & Patrick were very informative and very sensitive to my elderly parents wishes. A pleasure to deal with!

We recently sold our property through Chancellors Sunbury, and we have to say the service we received was nothing short of exceptional at every stage. A special mention to Luke who took great care of us from the moment we had our home valued to the day we exchanged and completed. His responses were always timely and he was always easy to reach and happy to answer any questions we had.

I approached Chancellors last year when I decided to sell my shared ownership property and I was put in the capable hands of Luke. From start to finish Luke was brilliant. He is friendly and approachable and kept in touch regularly to ensure I was updated throughout the process and knew what was going on. You hear of so many nightmares when selling your house ! Chancellors were so brilliant and very professional ! My sale took 2 months from viewing to completion !!! Luke was very helpful, because I did not have a printer or scanner to forward paperwork ! And all the staff in the office made me so welcome , when I had to pop in for help with my paperwork, I’m sure the buyer will be as happy as I was in my house !! terrible experience as a landlord. The Sunbury team (West London) were very poor in managing my property, porr communication, basic mistakes (wrong keys, missed appointments, lack of professionalism overall). I would never use them again.

He certainly delivered on his positive optimism of finding the right buyer for my uncles probate property, and offered valued advice and guidance throughout. Both Daisy and George, the agents responsible for sorting our move, showed complete incompetence during the process. With 2 weeks to go before our move in date, they became nearly unreachable via email and couldn’t complete basic tasks such as sending out the tenancy agreements to be signed, spelling my name correctly (it was misspelled at least 10 times), and were horrendous when it came to communication between them, the tenants and our landlady.
We had to go into the branch on multiple occasions to remind Daisy of tasks that had to be completed, and despite reassuring us that they would be completed in time, they weren’t. We didn’t receive the signed by all parties tenancy agreement until nearly 3 weeks after moving in (we should’ve had this before our move in date) and ihr deposit wasn’t sent to the security agency until 20 days into the tenancy, after our landlady had had enough and requested to speak to a manager. Furthermore, we received a false arrears email about not paying our deposit and rent which caused even more frustration.
Overall, chancellors portrayed an incredibly incompetent, unprofessional and unacceptable service. No one seemed to manage to communicate with anyone, both in the branch and across departments as well as with their clients, and the move was only made more stressful by chancellors rather than making the process a smooth one.
It’s fair to say that chancellors has a lot to improve on and that it’s unlikely our landlady will renew her contract with them wenn it comes to an end.

I sold my late Dad's house through Chancellors and I can honestly say that the experience from start to finish was excellent. I was kept informed through the whole process and never had to chase for information once. They recommended other companies who were also second to none. I can honestly say that I have never sold a property which was so stress free. I thoroughly recommend them!

Great for landlords. I have been with them for over 10 years. They are very prompt with emails and phone. Great service.
