All members of staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and informative. When there were potential issues with properties we wanted to view all staff helped to alleviate any issues.

Martin at Chancellors and his team kept us appraised at all times regarding the marketing of the property. Would recommend using Chancellors in Surbiton if you have a property to sell.

The representative was friendly, polite and above all helpful. He explained in detail what he needed to know, and why. Where possible he gave estimates of lead times etc. He had also done an impressive amount of research on the property before his first visit, which made everything easier.

Emily is very helpful. She is approachable, kind, honest and very professional. She always gave an update.
I'm very grateful that I'm one of her clients.

Whenever speaking with the Surbiton office, I have found Emily to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as being proactive in completing any necessary actions.

Friendly and polite customer service from both people who dealt with us. I also liked the service of the photographer they provided, although I felt the main picture of the property should have been the flat rather than the building. After a very slow start we eventually got an influx of interest from people wanting to view the flat, but we had to reduce our original asking price which wasn’t ideal obviously but needed to change something. It was once we passed our contract date with Chancellors that things finally got moving.

There was a miscommunication with the first viewing that was booked in for a potential buyer of my flat. Potentially could have lost us a buyer but thankfully it was rearranged. They’re good at chasing people up after viewings. We are now waiting to complete the sale.

Megan at the Surbiton branch has been very helpful in the whole process in answering most of the queries I had about the property to the best of her knowledge and shared her experiences from the few visits she's had at the property.

She was clear in letting me know current issues involving wear and tear around the property since the last tenants moved in and the steps that would be taken prior to me occupying the property.

So far its been a good experience and will hopefully remain so for future engagements with Chancellors.

To be honest if it wasn't for Samuel excellent work and reliability I probably would be renting my property with another agent at a lower rate.
He goes over and above his role to join all the dots to make the process seamless and pain free as possible for the client.

Sam at Chancellor's is very helpful, and always reassures us that the property will always be rented out and so far he has been right. He alway contacts us, to acknowledged our thoughts when new tenants move in. He is an asset to Chancellor's.

I am happy with the assistance provided from chancellors surbiton and their representative Megan. She was efficient and helpful in many occassions and especially during our communications by phone calls or emails.

A very bumpy journey of sale taking around 1 year from listing to completion. During that time there were 3 different branch managers with the latest being the the most competent. Emily who was managing our sale in the latter part of the year was excellent, always listened, responded to questions, and got a sale through. She would get 5 stars if this review was just for her but I've left 3 stars for chancellors as a whole. I had originally bought the property via chancellors which was a painful experience and 6 years down the line the sale of the same property wasn't an easy process either. I had to escalate to head office originally and besides paying lip service no actual progress or changes were made to improve sales chances until the latest set of staff were in place at the branch.
