Although we didn’t end up moving in the end, I would like to give recognition to Megan Dann at the Chancellors Surbiton branch for her excellent customer service. Throughout our experience of looking for a house to rent, Megan was highly professional and we could tell that she genuinely wanted to help us find the right home. Megan is a credit to the company and we hope that she will be able to help us again when the time comes!

Megan was very helpful during the process of helping me secure a place. She was very quick responding to emails and made the whole process really easy and stress free!

Great to work with Chancellors Surbiton branch. Emily and Martin were professional, very helpful and approachable in moving things forward on the sale of our flat. Communication was good and Emily was very responsive and informative regarding viewings and details of our property in comparison with the wider market.

I found that the central (not Surbiton branch) teams could be a bit slow to progress things and it was a bit unclear who I was supposed to speak to.

We have visited a house with Megan, she was very polite and precise in her answers to all our questions, she obviously knows the property management business quite well ; she also took a video of the property which was of great use for us to be able to memorise the different rooms and show the house to our children. Megan is quick and efficient to reply by phone or email if we have any questions.

Megan is always so professional and a joy to talk to. She took care of my property search and got things moving very quickly for me when I found the house I was looking for! Megan has been really helpful managing all of my questions and it’s been a pleasure to work with her.

Chancellors have been very supportive and helpful throughout the process of selling my property. The communication has been excellent and Emily and Martin are incredibly helpful.

The flat took slightly longer that I hoped to sell but it was through no fault of the estate agent and I generally had 2/3 viewings a week.

My only complaint is that the initial estimate was too high and this meant the process was longer than necessary.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of agents but that one was top of the top ! Always helpful and kind . Best agency so far
