From the moment we spoke to Chancellors their service has been great. Alice has been quick, efficient and was able to work around our difficult work schedule. Alice was super friendly yet professional. During our viewing Alice was supportive and knowledgeable about the house, offered great advice and informed us of next steps.

Bradley gave a great detailed viewing. He was quick to respond and very professional. Next time I am looking for a rental I will definitely contact him first.

Myself and my husband viewed a number of houses. Our experience was the best with Samuel at Chancellors he was professional and personable. His communication was fast and accurate. He returned calls and left messages. He made himself available for viewings at short notice and provided amble information on the property, answering all questions. If we had a house to see we would be using Samuel Pugh.

Response to questions and virtual / video viewing made my experience great.

Individual was in touch and update me of what my tenant required on time and friendly manner.
