MY RENTING EXPERIENCE WITH CHANCELLORS:
I was particularly impressed by the step by step approach to complete the renting process.

Chancellors are simply inept at managing properties. Staff are incapable of maintaining a property left with them and have cost us thousands as a result of their negligence. They are a tenant's dream, but landlords, please avoid.

Thomas was punctual, answered my questions about the property, and followed up the next day so it was a positive viewing experience. The office staff booked me in promptly.

Busy viewing i applied for renting the property although outside was a mess in garden but promises of landlord sorting it the rent was 1300 pm I failed to get any response on my application even from calls and emails requesting update. After a few days it was advertised at 1400pm still no response from Matthew poor service lack of communication. Waste of my time also

Their responses are speedy and they handle delicate situations with empathy and understanding. Megan was a star showing us around the properties we viewed and helping us find our new home.

Matthew was obviously knowledgeable about the house and area we viewed. Friendly approach , made us feel comfortable and unrushed - and was able to give information about the house and letting process.

Michael Hughes was our sale manager and did an excellent job of marketing our property. Had an asking price offer within 2 weeks. He provided a friendly and efficient service.

I am a former tenant of a property with chancellors. I had spoken with Matthew who gave me a quick initial response which I appreciated and said property management would be in touch. I have since called twice and emailed a few times and it’s nearly been 2 weeks now without a response. It’s not a huge issue I am trying to help them in collecting something from the garden of the property, seemingly since it’s a small issue my request has been pushed aside.

I will go to the property at some point this week in hope that it’s now newly tenanted and I can gather these things from the new tenant. I didn’t want to leave a review but it seems it’s gotten to this stage.
