Terrible company! Had to get the ombudsman involved and compensation was awarded to me due to their unprofessional behavior. Now a year later after doing no business with them I’ve received a large invoice from them supposedly for services still being used. Since cutting ties I’ve had multiple confirmation account statements showing £0 money owed. Whoever does their accounts clearly can’t do simple math, I had issues with overcharging while using them too.

I have had a great experience with Chancellors. They were very quick and helpful to find me a flat to live in on my own. The staff were very polite and friendly which made me feel calm. I felt helped and cared about at every stage of the process, if I had any questions or queries they were very quick to get back to me with answers. Every time I rang, they answered straight away and were polite and very helpful. I would especially like to say thank you to Matthew and megan.

Chancellors - Swindon has been instrumental in expediting our house purchase. We are FTBs and had many questions relating to the process. They answered all queries we had in a timely fashion, were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. We had heard that buying a house is very stressful but honestly, we have felt so at ease knowing that our agent was there as support. We couldn't be happier and we would highly recommend!

This Company is a Joke , went to swindon 3 times this was 12 hours driving from London to Swindon with my 3 months old baby , 1 week before a move they confirm with me that 100 percent change that i would move in everthing was right , one day before they asked for more documents and i send , i paid everthing the Company to i move out and was the last day on me flat in London , than they said that's impossible to move in that date and tried to charge me 260 pounds.In the same week i find another house with the same documents and i was accept, proving my documents are valid enough.This was both humiliating and stressfull for me and my family.

My daughter and grandson are currently living in a two bed flat, they rent from this estate agents. There has been countless issues and the place has been practically falling apart. My daughter has had constant issues with getting things sorted, and has been understandably extremely depressed and frustrated . The lack of things getting done has been appalling, it's only recently a few changes were made. However, the upmost WORST thing she is having to deal with at the moment, is that they have discovered " ASBESTOS that's right, ASBESTOS, right above her 3 month old baby boys bedroom! As if this wasn't bad enough, she received and email from this company, " assuring" her, that it was " safe" as long as it isn't moved! Even though there is a HUGE hole there, which is right above my baby grandsons bedroom!! All they have done is slapped an " ASBESTOS" sticker right above my baby grandsons room! The utter incompetence is absolutley shocking, unbelievably unexceptionable, and all they do is call my daughter, saying they are "looking" into it!! An absolute disgrace.

I called the company 5 times this morning as I’ve multiple problems with issues in the house , they didn’t answer once they obviously knew it was me and was ignoring me , so my mum called and they answered straight away . I private rent from my landlord and they seem to rarely be able to get through to him and if they do it will take months . Most days I have to send 2/3 emails to even get a response . I have a small baby and it took me months to get mould and our windows that weren’t sealed properly fixed. Please do not rent from this estate agents. I have lived here 2 years and it has been awful we've had issues constantly one thing after another. When we moved in we didn't get told about the hundred problems and recently have discovered asbestos outside we also have a new born baby who is 3 months and they constantly struggle to get hold of our landlord which leaves us with constant issues . Please avoid, living in this house has been the most stressful 2 years and our landlord is uslesss which means chancellors can't help however still represent him . Please avoid especially if vou have babies, we've onlv recently got our recently got our windows resealed after 2 years so had constant drafts in the house from the wind . Please do not rent from this company if you have any issues they dismiss them completely and can take months

I had a very good experience the staff who coordinated us , she was very nice humble & sweet as well , nice way of explanation thanks hats off to Megan. Keep up the good job
