Sam responded to our request for a valuation. He came on time, his engaging manner and professionalism was much appreciated. He was methodical and easy to understand as he explained everthing.
He was was well knowlededged in the local market which was really welcomed.

From my very first contact with Mike at Chancellors, when he came to give an evaluation of my property, through to the process of sale I found him and Chancellors ( special mention to Sam too) to be professional, informative, helpful, reliable and friendly. They were always approachable, however small my query was and made the whole process of selling a property as plain sailing as possible. A pleasure to work with and thank you for everything.

Sam Pugh has been incredible with the sale of my house throughout. He has done exactly as he promised in our initial meeting. If you have Sam involved with your sale you will not be disappointed. I have had regular updates and excellent advice along the whole process. If I could give 6 stars I would!

You have patient to wait for me.Even though I am late for some minute

This has taken me a few months to do, mainly due to being busy with life. However knowing how much feedback can help I wanted to take the time to write this.

Sam has been the most amazing and supportive person. We never got to sell our house through them, put his professional approach and support the whole way though would give me no hesitation in working with Sam in the future. An honest and friendly person who helped me through with his advise and kindness.

Michael took the time to listen, get to know us and work around our busy schedule. He responds quickly to emails and updates us at every stage of the selling process! He emails and calls whenever there is an update which makes us feel at ease. He is very personable and easy to communicate with.

I contacted chancellors to get a valuation and some advice with the sale of my house. Mark Townend was extremely helpful and was able to answer my countless questions with the utmost patience. Highly recommend Mark and chancellors to anyone wishing to sell.

Agreed to call back in the afternoon after reviewing houses. Waited for call, which never came.

Also salesman wanted a review when all he did was collect my information. Making it clear I am just a number for sales reports.

Bradley listened to my requirements on my first visit and then arranged a later visit showing me two flats that very much meet my requirements. I am now proceeding with one of the later flats as its exactly what I was after.

From start to finish I have had an extremely pleasant experience with securing my new apartment with special thanks to Matthew for being extremely professional whilst also so friendly and very prompt with everything. I was always kept informed and felt so comfortable throughout.

Tayla was also very friendly and very professional whilst showing me around the apartment. She was happy to answer any questions I had and I was just very impressed with the overall experience. I previously had Chancellors with my first time renting a year ago and they were fantastic then too. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place!
