Throughout the process of advertising and selling my house I found the Chancellors team at Woodstock to be friendly, very helpful and professional. I particularly appeciated the regular contact and sound advice during the complicated process of negotiating with potential buyers. It was reassuring to be working with them. I would recommend them.

Ryan Ruane has been very helpful in helping us find the right property

Ryan was brilliant and very informative throughout the whole process, I would strongly recommend Ryan at the Woodstock branch to anyone thinking of buying a house.

Ryan and George from the Woodstock office have kept me well informed throughout the sale process. Ryan has mainly looked after our sale but George has always been available for queries and negotiations where required. Ryan is very enthusiastic and has always been very supportive. He is punctual and reliable. He returns calls and carries out actions discussed. I have been very impressed with him, he is a real asset to Chancellors.

I felt the person from Chancellors Woodstock branch was actually interested in my needs opposed to just another customer. His knowledge of the properties I viewed was informative and detailed without going into the minutiae. Questions that could not be answered were fed back to me the same day where possible but always answered in full. On top of this he was polite, courteous and came across as enjoying his job opposed to being another day/customer. Unfortunately I missed out on the house I was really wanted but
contacted him on another property I was interested in viewing. I had made a mistake - said property was being advertised for sale by a different estate agency - this was not a problem for him, he forwarded my interest on to the correct company. Doing one’s job, directing me to another company without any benefit to himself - that’s customer service in my book. If I find myself in need of a viewing of another property for sale by Chancellors I will as for the same agent. (RR)

The sale of my property was long draw out due to Management and a second lawyer. 9 months in all. However with the help and support of George Courtney Cramp in my eyes he was outstanding.
He knew his subject, was always positive in his thinking and his support to me. Clear speaking and good command of the English language, Polite at all times and went well beyond his brief to keep the sale active supporting me at the same time.

While selling a home is always a stressful experience, Steve from chancellor's has been a god send for us, we have been given constant updates on the progress bad or good and his support has been nothing short of outstanding, we feel without his support this would have been a very unpleasant experience.

Steve at Chancellors Woodstock has helped us sell our home and recently complete on our purchase. Throughout, Steve has been diligent in getting the sale pushed through and assisting the solicitors with queries and facilitating contact with parties to fix a completion date. Steve has gone above and beyond and within 5 days of listing the house for sale we were sold subject to contract with numerous offers on the table. Our thanks to Steve. I can’t however offer the same review for chancellors sales progression team. I constantly found myself having to make contact with agents personally due to having no meaningful contact from them. This in turn led to me having to rely on Steve for his support in resolving issues chancellors have a team allegedly set up for.

Jake & Steve at the Woodstock Office have been really helpful during my stressful purchase. Steve has gone out of his way to help as much as possible when I couldn't get any responses from others and communicated any updates

When Mr Morant arrived he was very friendly, extremely polite whilst being very professional.He had up to date knowledge of the area and was able to advise me about the selling of my property. He took time and trouble to explain how property was selling locally. He gave me complete confidence in his company.

Steve Buchanan was always upfront and honest with us at every stage of the process. Unfortunately our house purchase fell through, but we felt well informed at all times. Even when he transferred branch from Carterton to Woodstock he remained contactable and knowledgeable about the details surrounding our attempted purchase.

Pleasant and polite staff , Talked in length how the current market prices are and gave a realistic value of my property .
