We only had one viewing but the experience we had with Steve Buchanan and the Woodstock branch was great. He negotiated with the vendor to my satisfaction and was not pushy about either the viewing or selling, letting the property sell itself. Did suggest selling my property under the one Chancellors roof, which made sense, and the conveyancer recommendation is working out well.
