In the past I missed an regular updaten / feedback concerning status of the application (that's why one star is missing). But for the last postition, I was regularly updated and kept in the loop with regular feedbacks so I knew the whole time what status I was in.

TJ’s service was phenomenal. He built a friendship and treated you as a person rather than a client that was a component of his job. He always had time for me and I never felt rushed in any conversation I had with him. He followed up routinely where other recruiters fail.
