Nicely renewed flat with a view on the city, and a parking lot.

The self check in instructions were not correct for the flat luckily I arrived during office hours I called and someone was able to help but would have no way of accessing the flat had it not of been as the instructions were totally wrong

appartment was very nice, but communication with staff was a bit complicated (unpersonal, only via chat/email). Check-in was a bit complicated.
Also we ask at time of booking for a parking slot (which was advertised and recommended) the reservation itself was not available when we arrived. Very unfortunate.

It’s a very pleasant stay, room is just right and clean!
I have a suggestion: my friend is a tenant here. She recommended me to stay at the apartment. It will be great if I can get a discount when referred by existing tenant. Then I can come more often and stay longer!

The accommodation was central and worked well for our needs.

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint about my recent stay with this property.

Upon arrival, there were already other guests (a couple and a baby) inside the apartment we had booked and which had clearly been used. The apartment was not prepared for our arrival and contained used bedding, which was unacceptable.

The guests explained they had entered because the apartment door had been left open, which raises very serious concerns regarding the property’s security and access control procedures.

We were left in a highly stressful situation late at night with no suitable alternative accommodation available, as the property was fully booked. Although the overnight staff member tried to assist, the only solution offered was partial replacement bedding, and we were asked to collect additional bedding ourselves from another room.

We barely slept that night due to the disruption and stress. We were also hosting international guests, which made the situation particularly embarrassing and difficult to manage.

I raised a formal complaint at the time and was informed it would be escalated to management. However, more than a week later, I have still received no update, response, or resolution.

This lack of communication and follow-up, combined with the severity of what occurred, is extremely concerning.

Too hot in the apartment especially the bathroom. Bathroom Heater was running all the time. Even too hot in the apartment. Called the guy but he couldn’t fix the ac problem. Further, the check in instructions were not emailed before hand, for which we had to sit in the lobby for more than half an hour. Other than that the apartment was nice.

We weren’t sent to pin to open the key box and were waiting at the property for half an hour to receive this. The apartment was lovely though - clean, spacious and met our needs. There was some left over takeaway in the oven though, from previous guests. Some pizza and chicken bones. My bedside lamp didn’t work and one of the toilet seats was broken. I think the coffee pods provided weren’t compatible with the machine.

Very enjoyable! Good location near the city centre and easy to check in and out.

We got put in one room and there was hairs all over the bed sofa was dirty. Then we got moved to another which was worse hairs in the bed stuff all over the floor microwave smell like rotten food the cooker was dirty food on the sofa and chair

The complex itself was modern and fresh. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The chairs though for the kitchen were not safe with screws all lose and 1 chair broken of which I fixed myself. Had to tighten all other chairs as it was the same. The kitchen had modern white goods and oven etc.

The mod hub itself was great and the gym thought I didn't use looked great.
Only issue was the train line behind the apartment, noisy after 10pm and just after 6am. Entry system to access the apartment needs to improve prior to check in, waiting around 15mins which children is not cool.

I would look to use in the future as its a good location in Brighton.

Lovely accommodation, clean and central.
Lengthy check in.
Hard to find with all the building works.
Table on balcony needs replacing as was not stable. Put anything on and it would fly off.
TV could not get any Chanel’s as aerial not connected??

Everything was top quality and a pleasure to stay in. The whole complex was clean, modern and peaceful.

Apartment was clean and in good working order. The capsule coffee machine was especially appreciated. It was nice to have parking included, although I didn’t make use of it.

The amenities like shower gel were empty. There was no big bath towel only hand ones. The curtain in the bedroom was broken aswell. The shower quickly runs out of hot water.

We have stayed before, last apartment was on the 27th floor, this apartment felt it was in need of a little maintenance, one of the doors for a cupboard in the kitchen wasn’t attached properly nor was the bin to the bin runner, and both bathrooms were very dark as they both had a significant amount of bulbs not working. We would stay again but preferably not this specific apartment, we much preferred the one on the 27th floor!

Room was far too hot, no fan provided even though customers services said there would be.

Insanely difficult to find the apartment block, no information on exterior of building and no way to gain access without a fob (which you have to collect inside).
