They started out great but have gone downhill. I’ve had too many candles lately with damaged/missing jewelry. Most recently a candle that was supposed to contain a sterling silver necklace - it’s definitely not sterling. They’re just not worth it anymore. And customer service isn’t even close to what it was. No more of these for me.

I wish I could review the jewelry inside my candle... EXCEPT THERE WAS NO JEWELRY!!! I received this angel candle as a gift, and it's SO disappointing!!

My first and last time ordering from this company, I ordered the $65 🙈 beauty & beast candle as a gift . My heart sank the moment I opened the box, the quality was so appalling I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift ! It looks so cheap it’s unreal, the eyes were stickers, not put on straight & wrinkled ! The paint job looked like it was done by a 2 year old, it had very obvious damage that was clearly just painted over to try to hide it, and the candle was approx amount of a single wick bath and body candle ! $65 And they just paint over damage & send it out 🙈 I tried to post a photo by my profile name if you can zoom in on it to see ! I tried to leave a review on charmed aroma multiple times and they won’t accept / publish a negative review so of course the 30 reviews are 5 star ! I felt duped ; this candle was not worth $20 let alone $65. I’m glad i returned it - 2 of the necklaces are quite hideous & look like they’re literally melted , I’m sure that’s the one we would’ve got. Shame on charmed aroma for not allowing true to experience , negative reviews ! Guess that’s why we are all gathering here !

They are cutting their own throats by pushing that flimsy plated garbage instead of using sterling silver. After spending thousands of dollars there in the past 5 years, I have stopped buying because of the cheap garbage they are passing off as premium. Want to get me and others back? Bring back jewellery like you offered 4 years ago,

This company started off great and the they just stopped caring about their products and their customers. I have placed a few orders since christmas and they all have come either damage or missing items, and they replaced the damaged items, but even the replacements came broken. This company has lost my business forever by just not putting enough effort into their services.

Well purchased a skull bath bomb n now put it this way toe nails are blue now. Thanks for dying my toe nails blue n u think their response is sorry we will give you 10 % off your next order and make sure to use baking soda to take the dye off. Your whole thing system and your customer service is pathetic

I have ordered from this company before and everything was fine, but this time the issues just kept pilling up. My order was delayed, and shipped to the wrong address, and they had me pay a reshipping fee despite the mistake being from their end. Moreover, they told me that they had run out of the ring sizes I wanted, which simply makes no sense as my original order was supposed to be re-shipped. This means that they took apart my order and used the products for other customers. Finally, the product has just been marked as not delivered again at the final stage of the correct delivery location this time. I will be putting in a complaint and trying to get my money back but i just want to warn everyone else out there. They ruined my christmas.

Very poor customer service; spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible. I tried out the whipped soaps that they have on their site and there was nothing good about it. Packaging looks cheap, and the print on the outside plastic was fading/crooked. Not good presentation. The actual scents smell gross, a $5 bottle of dove body wash will give you a lot better results.
I ordered the strawberry lemonade scent and the peach marshmallow. The peach one smells EXACTLY like a dentists office and there's nothing peachy nor mallowy about it. The strawberry lemonade is slightly better however idek how to describe the scent and its very piercing to the nose, not in a good way. Very cheap smelling, and the application of the soap onto skin isn't the best experience either. Instead of lathering into skin it just breaks off into little pieces and creates a mess in the shower.
Additionally the jewelry inside is extremely cheap and not sturdy. Rings I bought off shein lasted me longer than what they gave me in the soap. The ring was super pretty but it broke after wearing it ONCE and I didn't even try to adjust it or be rough with it.
The necklace I got in the other soap ALSO broke the same day the ring broke, the clasp was extremely small and cheap. Not worth even a black Friday price and I regret spending like $50 on the two items.

Back in the day, you guys would provide beautiful quality rings. Not really sure what went wrong, but you sent me a damaged/scratched, wrong-sized, gothic, partially unglued ring when I was very aware of the FOUR choices that were in the "Awaken" candle. It is JET black, with so many scratches inside out. The stone in question wasn't event properly placed on the ring? It was glued. It doesn't even fit- it's a literal wrong size and I've had my sizing done recently. It doesn't fit over the dang fingertips. Want pictures? I got them. And I'm angry. Customer service is f-cking garbage, this was supposed to be an Xmas gift from my partner and it doesn't even fit? Also it was a dollar store ring. I never got an appraisal tab from it either.

I have sent an online ticket, and no representatives are available anymore. I'm ticked right off.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. My husband bought over $160 worth of candles for my Christmas gift. The box arrived OPEN and you can tell someone hands were in the box. A candle was on it side, another candle lid was completely off the candle, but then you hear broken glass. This one candle was shattered into millions pieces. I email customer service about the order. I then sent all the pictures and info they needed. The next email they told me they couldn’t do anything after the order was shipped out of their hands. Ahh seriously spending OVER $160.00 and couldn’t do nothing. Wow unbelievable!! So then I said in another email the candle that is completely shattered you can’t do nothing??? Again they needed a better picture of the broken candle. DO NOT waste your time going back and forth. No refund being offer or getting a new candle. They suck and I will never buy anything from them again.

I recently purchased four different candles. One had a bracelet, 2 had rings, and the last had studs. I loved them all. The sterling silver was shiny and beautiful, I'm not big on gems but these ones were sparkly and gorgeous. I also ordered at a time where I got two free rings, and they were the cutest things ever. One of the freebies had a bee with a small gem, the other one was a crab with a small gem. My horoscope sign is Cancer so the crab was perfect! One of my friends is addicted to these candles and I always thought she was silly but now I can see why. I'm definitely going to order many many more of them.

I was so unhappy with my purchase 😔. You would think the ring would be worth more then the candle. $15 ring that looks pretty cheap. Should have went to Walmart and got a nice ring for $10.

I had tried to cancel my order in under 12 hours of ordering and the person helping me said that she had contacted the warehouse to see what she could do, I waited all day following up multiple times throughout the day with no reply. Once I tried to reach out to another customer service rep I got a notification a few minutes later saying my package was being shipped. I didn't get a reply until the next late morning telling me my package would arrive on the 16th. First of all, there should NOT have problem cancelling my order in under twelve hours of ordering the product, Two: That was the fastest package I have EVER got delivered to me, almost like the company put a rush on the order just to keep my money and not cancel the order, NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD A PACKAGE BE SHIPPED OUT IN LESS THEN 48 Hours of purchase from this place. Absolutely bu***hit. Lastly I will never be ordering from here again because of this interaction, which really sucks for Charmed Aroma as I have been a loyal Customer for years and have spent LOTS of money on these products in my life time. NEVER AGAIN

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND REFUSE TO SHIP OUT THE ITEM. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND THEY ADVISED ME THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED BY THE COMPANY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER REGARDING MY ORDER AND SHE WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT; TALKING OVER ME AND CALLING ME A LIAR ABOUT MY ORDER THAT'S LITERALLY IN FRONT OF HER FACE. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHARMED AROMA BECAUSE I LOST $85 DOLLARS AND I WILL TAKE THIS LEGALLY. YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH DOING FRAUD. MANAGER TOLD ME SHE DOES NOT CARE IF I WRITE A REVIEW OR TELL PEOPLE NOT TO SHOP WITH THEM

I can’t stand this company they are a rip off. I got a charmed aroma candle as a gift the necklace wasn’t in it and missing emailed them telling them with proof of everything they said they are sending me another one 2 months later I messaged them asking where is my package they said it got lost in the mail and they will give me a replacement of 4 I have to chosen from I told them I don’t like none of them and the ones you are making me choose are not even in the same collection they are bath bombs they are old and not even the same value. I’m sick and tired of dealing with them cause they won’t even fix the problem and there is no one to phone. BS company.

you're getting what you pay for here. bought a bath bomb ring for 23$, not too bad considering most bath bombs are already 8-14$ and costume jewelry rings are generally 12-24$ already too. got a pretty ring. you can tell it's plated metal and that the stones are fake/synthetic, but c'mon people, that's what you're paying for and the website doesn't advertise more anyway! (have not tried any of the "925 sterling" yet)

bath bomb scent was superiod but the aloe was smooth and not irritating to my sensitive skin. scent and dyes are the last ingredients (to save on costs) so they're really just full of Epsom and aloe. quite mild.

anyways ring looks great and it's be a great cheap gift if you get one on sale, as a party favour or stocking stuffer! they seem to be the type of place to always have something on sale or have deals.

bought from a brick and mortar store in a mall so had no issue re: shipping.

Horrible customer service. Bought gift for my daughter's birthday online. Did not open package but wrapped it and she opened it today. Was chipped in two places. Because it's been more than 30 days they will not even exchange it. I was told I should've opened the box and checked for damage first. Well, I don't typically expect to receive expensive, new items I order online to be damaged. Shame on you Charmed Aroma. You can bet I will never make another purchase. And, will make sure every family member and friend know not to as well.

My daughter and I have been loyal customers for years. The last 3 deliveries, something has been broken or chipped. We called Charmed Aroma and they had the AUDACITY to say we broke the product. Why would we break our own stuff!? We've tolerated delayed deliveries, sold out products and accusations, so I'm completely DONE with this company. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years!! It's time to find nicer candles at a more reasonable price elsewhere. The jewelry is crap anyway, so who needs it!!!!
