Placed an order January 28th. Customer service constantly said item would ship but never did. As of February 10th the item still has not shipped nor have they responded to requests for a refund let alone an investigation into the order. TD approved a fraud investigation within 2 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHARMED IT IS A SCAM.

Got a few candles for Christmas gifts. The wax burns so fast they apparently "last for 40+ hours of burn time" I have gotten about 7 in so far (lit four times) and it's pretty much burned down to nothing. The jewelry inside tarnished SO quick it's started out as silver and all the jewelry has turned copper. It's been two weeks since retrieving the jewelry and it's already chipped, copper and ugly.

AliExpress cheap crap they ordered and put in a cheap wax?

Literally not worth it I was so excited for this to be so lame.

Horrible company, ordered stuff 3 weeks ago and paid express shipping. Their third party they hire to deliver to Canada post lost my package but Charmed aroma is refusing to send me a new shipment. Having to dispute the charge with my credit card company now. Disgusting customer service. Wish I could have given zero stars.

So let me start with it this way I'm a really blind woman recently went legally blind unlimited income very limited and I bought all my kids one thing each this year and now I don't get to give my daughters anything because my shipping address is the right address but they mailed it to a different address altogether and they will not correct it they told me it's my problem so now my Christmas is ruined for my girls and I can't get my boys anything now either because that just wouldn't be right so thank you thank you Jim Charmed Aroma for ruining our Christmas we were already struggling to make ends meet this Christmas we didn't even we don't even have a proper dinner for Christmas this year but we were going to make do you know as long as I was able to see some joy in my girl's face and my kids faces that's all that matter to me and now I don't even get to see that so thank you thank you for making me lose almost 250 bucks when I don't have any money to begin with so I wouldn't buy from these people ever again and nobody in my life ever will either and I used to love this place so now I'm going to Diamond Candles so thank you very much for your time and effort I guess not actually cuz there's no effort put not the customer was supposed to be always right but guess not in your world so and I'm going to the Better Business Bureau about it too so thank you beware everyone stay away from this place so they pretty well just robbed me for any little tiny bit of money I had for my Christmas presents for my kids you might as well just broke into my house and stole it you know it hurts just as bad

Absolute horrible experience, right before Christmas order two weeks prior only forward to sit at the ready to be shipped stage until Christmas. Tried calling their customer service numbers and was constantly just told that they would email me back if I left my email.

So i bought the 12 day box for my wife and it states you get a variety of jewerly and she only got rings. So i complained and told them that is false advertisements. They said "we cant guarantee what you get in the box"...then you definitely cant advertise "variety of jewerly". So seen other reviews saying same thing and emailed them. I got a ignorant reply that just said "report us to BBB then, here's the link". Not "oh, so sorry we will make sure to fix that right away. No, just pure ignorance. Imo theyre scam artist. Keep in mind that i have been a customer for a very long time now.

I bought a bath bomb the other week and when I finally used it, the colouring stained my skin for a day, stained my bathtub that I’m still trying to clean off and the jewelry inside was not one of the ones shown to be for that bath bomb. The ring looked like it was bought at the dollar store for a child to play with. I emailed customer service and 5 days later, I’m still waiting for them to get back to me.

The candles are nice, but melt quickly compared to others. I got a $70 ring, and it made my finger go green..

I would leave one star if I could. This company used to be great. Now most of the jewelry is no longer sterling silver. Turns my skin green. The stones are plastic. My last order, I got myself a $90 harry potter candle and it was empty. I took photos. No jewelry inside. Their solution was to send me some junk ring that had nothing to do with Harry Potter. I will not order with them anymore. Customer service has completely gone down hill and the quality has gone way down as well.

I ordered candles for Christmas months in advanced. One personalized candle with family photo and one regular one. My first red flag should have been the lack of return policy or terms and conditions listed anywhere on the website while ordering. But I ordered and I got the confirmation and email to track the package which I did. Then when I checked the order it was stated that it was undelivered and returned to sender! I then contacted charmed aroma because that’s all I could do, and they said it was my fault? And I had to pay another shipping fee if I want my order. Well obviously I want my order it’s important. So I paid the fee again for my order. They emailed me and said they will send a confirmation email which i received, I then tracked the package but the only status it had was “confirmed”. I then waited a day or two in hope that the status will change to “shipping” or on the move or something, or at least get an estimated delivery date. I didn’t get anything. When I checked an again my order was canceled!!!!! Charmed aroma cancelled my order for no reason! I emailed about this and haven’t received any news about my order. And when I found the return policy it doesn’t cover personalized candles or delivery fees! I guess I won’t ever be ordering from charmed aroma again.

Received a Harry Potter sorting hat candle for my birthday which arrived damaged (the hat was badly chipped with the missing piece not in the box) so the purchaser contacted Charmed Aroma and a replacement was sent. 3 weeks later it arrived, also damaged but this time it was the base of the candle that was chipped. Both items were clearly damaged before they were put into the boxes as the chipped pieces were nowhere to be seen. Looking at reviews this seems to be very common and we have not bothered contacting about the second candle because we assume any further replacements will also be damaged.
It's a real shame because the themed candles are such a good idea and they smell lovely but they are expensive and are absolutely no use to anyone if they're broken.

Pretty well all of the candles smell the same.. and you'd think for the price they might be able to add another wick in there, guess not. Uneven burn and wasted candle. The jewelry has gotten cheaper and cheesy. Bath and body works candles are 100x better.

Spent over $80 on a few candles that would have cost a quarter of the price from anywhere else, thinking we would get one of the rings in the display cases for those candles. Opened them and found much uglier and totally cheaper kids toys. Then my daughter said they did make it clear that there were "50 some more options for that same classic series" and that's how we got fooled. Never again. They only display the really pretty ones but you need to have the same luck as winning the lotto to get those.

I ordered a ring and once received I wore it for less than 24 hours and one of the stones came out. Of course, I was very disappointed. But I contacted the company and chatted with a CSR named Diane, she was accommodating and issued a refund right away.

Made a $100 order online for candles. They put the wrong address on the package, so of course I never received my package. Tried contacting customer service, was told that since the package was marked as “delivered” that they were unable to refund or reship my order. So now they have an extra $100, and I’m out of $100 and I didn’t even receive what I paid for. Thanks Charmed Aroma!

Loved getting things from charmed aroma but I've had a few issues. 1. my first bath bombs had a faulty ring inside with missing jems.
2. My latest bath bomb I got "same blue ocean bath bomb as frist" left me smelling like chlorine. I cannot wash the smell of of my hair or me and have never had this issue with the other bathbombs of the same smell / product
3. The 50% sales are lies. The products actual prices are what they always are and they are simply just trying to make it look like a price drop for appeal to the consumer. I know this because Amy time I go there it's the "same sale" and the prices are always the same pr raised never lowered
4. When I got the cholrine bath bomb the other day the lady wouldn't let grab one of my size in the sunset orange bathbomb I wanted and said they only have size In the more expensive bath bombs even tho the drawer had some in it (another time a worker said if ur size isn't on display the drawers will have extras to provide ur size) . I get everyone is differnt how they sell things but the worker this time was doing the most to avoid me from buying products I wanted. Which ended up with the replacement bathbomb "smelly one" which I've had before and never smelt like such. I don't know if it was a bad batch of expired but it smells heavily of chemicals . But will not be returning after many second chances and looking past things and faulty rings with missing jems .....

Ordered a coke candle for a gift.. came defective. Sent pictures and email. They sent another one. Same issue. Sent pictures and an email, was offered a 10% off code (laughable seeing as it was a 60$ candle, a gift, something I wouldn't have in my home and refused to reimburse me), I sent a response saying how I demanded a refund and this was absurd. It wasn't even packaging bumps or cracks... the writing was peeling off.. in the same spot.. on all three. Anyways, third one came and was the same. Never bothering with them again. Hope my local landfil will get use out of them.

This whole company is a scam. Bought a ring candle and didn't get any of the options it said I would get. I went to customer service and one lady said she'd help figure it out and halfway another person took over and told me that you always gamble with the rings. You probably only have a 30% chance of getting what was shown in stores/online. If I knew that I would have never bought it. It wasn't mentioned in the store when I bought it nor was on recipt. I wouldn't be as frustrated if I knew what the darn ring was supposed to look like but honestly it looks like a tooth with wings. And wanna know the worth? $20. So spent $40 on a candle I didn't really want but got because I saw the options for the rings and got a cheap ridiculous looking blob on a band.

BTW this was the first purchase I've ever made with Charmed Aroma. Will never do it again

90% of the products include costume/plated jewelry not real sterling silver. They charge upwards of 80$ per candle and inside is a ring that within a few days is copper and green. They used to be a good company no idea what happened.

Ordered a candle and realized the shipping address was incorrect. Shop autofilled the address and didn't ask me which one I wanted to use. Emailed them 30 minutes after realizing my mistake and they did absolutely nothing to try and remedy the situation. Now I am out money and won't be seeing the product as it is shipping to some random persons house. Horrible customer service, slow response time. Scam, stay away
