I'm not sure why there's so many incredibly negative reviews. I've ordered from charmed aroma at least 10+ times for myself, friends, family, and gifts, and I've never had any issue.

Once I had a ring come with a scratch/Crack on the gemstone, and customer service responded immediately and had a replacement ring shipped to me. And I've had one or two candles come with some sort of defect to the wick or container - both tomes customer service responded quickly, politely, and sent out replacements immediately.

I can't really speak on if the jewelry tarnished or turns skin green because I'm not a huge jewelry person so I only were the stuff infrequently, but I haven't had any issues with that as of yet.

Most of the jewelry I've gotten has been valued at $15-$30 with a couple things being as high as $60. I also don't know what's up with all the reviews calling it "fake jewelry" Like, yes, most of the stuff is silver or plated with fake stones, but they're not advertising is as anything else. You're paying ~$35 for a candle (more for the fancy decorative/special ones) and ~$22 for a bath bomb which while it's seems like a lot, most places sell candles for ~$15-$20, and bathbkmbs for ~$10 so you're just paying for the candle plus the around yhe minimum value of the jewelry. It's a good deal for what your getting if you like both cute jewelry and candles/bathbombs.

And the scents themselves I really enjoy. Especially the citrus/fruity scents, they always smell amazing.

All in all, I quite like Charmed Aroma, and I'll definitely continue to make purchases in the future.

This idea seemed good at first. I bought this candle hoping for a beautiful ring worth 30-100 dollars, plus a nice smelling candle as well. Instead, I got a candle that smelled good in store, but gave me a head ache. I burned this thing for hours and ended up just digging around for this $15 ring.
Not a great idea for what I was expecting.

They were great with dealing a damaged return! Quick response an very polite customer care. They not only re sent me a new candle, they also included some jewellery bath bombs for me which was lovely. Great company overall an cute product.

This company is a scam, we purchased a candle from their ring collection, let it melt fully and there was no ring inside, we even digged through the candle and no ring showed. The candles also burn way to fast and to pricy for fake jewelry inside.

Awhile back I received a charmed aroma candle as a gift. I was both excited and anxious to fill the house with a vanilla scent, and then to see what jewellery piece was hidden in the candle. When the wax was low enough, I pulled out the paper and there was a beautiful ring with my birthstone. It fit perfectly, and since it said it was 925 sterling, I thought it would last as I have a few. This wasn't the case. Not even a month into wearing it, it started to tarnish and turn my finger green. By this time the candle was done and I tossed it out. Needless to say, I emailed the company last week, sent pictures and explained my experience. At first they sent an email back asking for my ring size and address. I thought great customer service. Nope no no. Soon afterwards, I got another email saying they wanted a picture of the candle since I didn't have an order number. Really, who takes a picture of a burning candle. As I couldn't provide a picture, I was told they wouldn't do anything...so too bad for me! you'd think they would have a gallery of their merchandise. Anyways i certainly won't ever buy one and make sure that if I hear I'm receiving one ..to return it. Not worth the money these candles cost. Poor customer service

The jewelry says it’s 925 sterling silver. After a couple days of wearing the rings that come in the candles, my finger turned green (not the case with true silver) maybe if you guys are willing to charge out the ass for jewelry make sure it’s it actually says what it truly is. Won’t be buying again.

Deberían avisar que si pides un paquete te van a cobrar más envío al recibirlo. Tuve que pagar 18€ por una vela de 15. Me parece una falta de organización y gestión malísima.

He pedido una vela y una bomba de baño el día 20/4/2022 y me llegó por correo el día 9/5/2022 no solo eso me cobraron 24.41€Más por esas dos cosas me parece increíble

Ich hab eigentlich immer echt gerne dort bestellt und hatte auch nie Probleme dass irgendwas kaputt ankam. Die lange Lieferzeit war mir vorher auch bewusst und ist verständlich genauso wie dass man Zoll zahlen muss. Aber jetzt kann man plötzlich wieder nur noch mit Kreditkarte zahlen? Ich dachte das wäre in Zeiten von online Banking vorbei. Wirklich traurig. Nicht jeder hat eine Kreditkarte und ich werde mir auch ganz sicher keine dafür zulegen. Tja, dann gibts wohl keine weiteren Bestellungen mehr da ;)

Un mois d'attente sans suivis et des frais de douanes non stipulés a l'achat équivalent au prix de ma commande c'est scandaleux !!!

I have ordered from them twice now. The candles were beautiful and smelled great, the bath bombs have been fun. I've read the recent bad reviews after asking myself the question "the jewelry is nice, but is it really worth the $?". Seeing the bad reviews, and my continued uneasiness on how much thier stuff costs, I'm not sure I'll buy from them again.

$60 for a candle with a mystery liscenced item inside (in this case the Harry Potter train) seemed a bit steep. My necklace is beautiful, but the site appraisal says $80 value for that design. I'm not sure I believe it. (A 3rd party reviewer would be nice)

But if they release anything I can't resist, I'll probably still go for it.

My daughter just gave me a Charmed Aroma Candle from the Moonstone Ring Collection for Xmas. The mug is lovely and the candle was pretty but NO RING!

Got a bath bomb from charmed aroma. Was supposed to be earrings and instead they gave me some fake ass jewelry. I messaged the company saying there’s no backing or post for the earring. They said it’s an antihelix clip. So more or less a fake piece of jewelry. What if I had a real antihelix piercing? What a joke. What’s worse is the website does not even mention this. Will definitely be letting others know about this for sure.

2 out of 3 products came absolutely damaged!! The packaging is not sufficient at all to keep the product safe during shipment! I hope i can get a money refund or replacement of product this is unacceptable.

Really wish I could give zero stars.
Take my money, give me fake tracking number. Refuse to communicate and delete any negative feedback and the questions I ask about where my order is from thier social media pages.
Unprofessional, shady and a sham company.
I don't hold out any hope of getting my products it's been three months and seeing as you don't take PayPal as a payment
Getting a refund is very difficult.
Very unpleasant company to deal with.
You do have to wonder if the good reviews on here are company plants because boy oh boy It has been a nightmare to get anywhere. I purchased these products in October.
IF you happen to see the genuine feedback on social media before they delete it, it all says the same thing unfortunately. Missing orders, quick enough to take your money.

Ordered in November . Received a tracking number that didn’t exist. After 2 weeks I contacted them and was told it was shipped and Canada Post’s fault. Waited another 2 weeks, contacted again and was told a third party was responsible for delivering to Canada post for shipping but were delayed, then I was told to keep waiting and won’t refund, then 3 weeks later another response told me the items were sold out and I needed to choose replacements. 7 weeks and I have nothing . It wasn’t until I posted screen shots from their lies on their Facebook page that I finally received a refund.
I believe this company is laundering money and should be shut down .

Horrible customer service. My package is late by over 2 weeks and they refuse to help me. I am told to just "keep waiting". I have never had a business be so unwilling to help me. I expressed my concern that the package is lost and may not ever come, and again, was told to just "keep waiting". Terrible.

These candles are amazing. All of the women in my family are obsessed and frequently purchase them for gifts.
We have had more than one candle with a very beautiful ring inside and/or other beautiful charms.
Unfortunately, I got one as a gift with a beautiful ring that has several diamonds/gems missing. The ring can not be worn as it looks awful without the diamonds. Maybe observe the jewelry before adding it to the candle hence why we buy them... for the jewelry inside.
The smell of the candle was great.

Ordered 4 candles in plenty of time for Christmas. They short shipped me byb1 and would not expedite the missing candle in order for me to receive by Christmas. Needless to say it did not arrive so I had to compensate with something additional. I ordered on time - they screwed up but would not do everything in their power to make it right. I haven't even gotten to see if the product is worth it yet. With this I am thinking it will not be. I would not recommend them.

all i can say is read comments from others who left poor reviews and my review would be exactly the same !!!
