Good communication throughout they took their time and put the kennel together, very pleased with the kennel friendly guys too who put it together good service. Was weary after reading plenty bad reviews but they did deliver on the item and the qualities great happy customer thanks again.

Booked and paid for a bespoke order. The company, quick to take my money, then strung me along for 3 months, with repeated failed promises of delivery, my item had been made, problem with this that or the other to finally receive an email on the morning of the third arranged delivery - informing me the order had been cancelled. Absolutely fuming is an understatement. Spoke on the phone the whole way through, being told a pack of lies. There never was an order. Such a shame, I had high hopes because their photos look great, but read all reviews before parting with your hard earned money.
And when all is said and done, their response is to deny I was even a customer.
I have the emails, Facebook messages and bank transaction including refunded amount to prove it. You deserve less than one star for the treatment I received.

Today Dan and his team completed the design, deliver and build of the Willow 4 pod kennels.
Initially I was anxious about placing the order due to some of the negative reviews I had seen. I emailed Dan and he explained that a number of the complaints were vexatious. We agreed some bespoke options for our building and placed the order.
The first delivery date did slip... By 24h, due to an incorrect panel coming into their worshop from a supplier which delayed their build.
Communication was good and the second delivery date was met.
Dan and his team installed the kennels, they were very tidy workers and friendly with time to chat. At the end of 2 long days Dan still spent time to make sure we were absolutely happy. The canopy we had added is beautiful, beyond our expectations.
We are thrilled with the quality of the kennels and would have no hesitation in using Cherry Acres again.

UPDATE 4 MONTHS LATER.
❗️❗️WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY❗️❗️. After reporting leak issue to H, within 12 hours shes blocked all my message and I cant access their Fb page.... now what does that tell you? Guilty and running from their complaints/responsibility. NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM. please view my Instagram page to view the damage and the failure to deliver.

Roof is leaking badly, my poor ginuea are damp and moldgrowing on the roof of shed, the roof is absolutely saturated!!!!. Ive managed to cover shed in bubble wrap s thats all I had to hand. Thank god its holding up. im waiting for there response to replace it or il replace with compensation. The roof hasnt been installed correctly, Not enough over hang so water is coming in from front and both sides😭😭. Ive rang, messaged H and emailed. H did reply Monday saying she will pass in the info on but none of my message are now getting through since then. Will update when or if anything happens😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬

The lodge is absolutely great. Well made with the extra changes I asked for. I took 1 star of for the 6 failed delivery attemps. H the owner then did communicate with me directly over delivery. I did get very worried after reading some bad review, that i may not ever receive it!! It did arrive 8 weeks after i placed the order. very quick to install with lovely delivery driver. be very patient with the delivery as it seems to take longer the further away from Kent you are. BUT IT WILL ARRIVE.

Good, quality, sturdy mobile field shelter built. Great communication regarding delivery and build. Delivered within the planned time frame and a very tidy and professional job completed!

We needed to arrange for a kennel and run in a hurry and Cherry Acres couldn't have done more for us. Their communication was first class and they delivered and installed the kennel in less than 2 weeks. We're thrilled with it. It looks fantastic - perfect for a large doberman- and the quality is great. Dan was so friendly and helpful and gave us really helpful advice. We would definitely recommend Cherry Acres.

Excellent well built product that was delivered within the stated time. Worth speaking with the supplier before ordering as bespoke options are available if the items does not exactly match your requirements. Nice friendly people to deal with.

The communication was excellent.
Dan was extremely helpful and took a lot of time trying to explain the layout of the bunny house to me.
We had one changed delivery but this can't be helped for small companies especially given the distance they were having to travel to us.
The guys worked hard to get the bunny house put together in strong winds and rain and were very friendly and chatty.
I feel bad for this company as I feel they have received some unfair reviews from people who want the products but dont want to pay the price they are worth.
This is an excellent company so please disregard the negative reviews and speak to them for yourself to make your own mind up.

I needed a kennel for my Spaniel in a hurry and was struggling to find a quality one available for delivery and installation in time for his return home. Dan at Cherry Acres was very helpful as soon as I got in contact with him with my requirements. I live locally to Cherry Acres so Dan was able to provide my chosen kennel with insulation and wipe clean floor, delivered and installed on a Sunday. I was a little concerned about some of the delivery issues I had read about in other reviews but very happy to say my experience was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, accommodated a weekend installation and both me and the spaniel are thrilled with the kennel. Looks great and very happy with the quality. Thank you!

So I will say it was 3rd time lucky for my delivery , however I was given complete wipe clean floor and a free bunny hide because of the delay . The guys put it exactly where I directed over the phone from work , and it’s so lovely . The rabbits are safe and happy . The guys gave me lots of advice and were really helpful, measured up for a bespoke exterior attachment for extra fox 🦊 protection and hoping it will arrive on Friday . Yes I would definitely use them again. The quality is amazing and I’m fussy , my Dad was a very talented carpenter so I expect the best 😂.. all my friends have said it was worth the wait and are very impressed !

Ordered my kennel 1month ago and still have not received it no one to talk to you when you call and keep messing around and now don’t want to give me my refund what that took in full over 3 thousand pounds

Extremely accommodating in personalised requirements for guinea pig lodge. Very focused on installation on day overcoming unforeseen obstacles and ensuring completion of installation on day. Good solid building and so easy to keep floor and walls clean. Absolutely delighted with product. Deducted 1 star for communication and cancellations. Overall though, a dream com true.

We had our Guinea pig lodge installed yesterday and we are super happy with it.
Yes we did have our date changed from the original date like others have mentioned, but things do happen sometimes. It was clearly communicated by phone call and we was always able to get through to someone when needed which is what matters. A new date was quickly sorted and it was worth waiting for

The lodge didn't take long to be installed and it is amazing quality.
The two men that delivered and installed it for us were very friendly and showed us how everything worked.

I would highly recommend to everyone. The quality cant be beaten.

We ordered a rabbit shed on 25th June 2025 and were advised via live chat we were booked in for delivery the weekend of 26th/27th July. I heard nothing a week before delivery was due was contacted via live chat to confirm which day that weekend and a time for delivery. I also asked a totally different query at the same time. I got a response to my other query but they totally ignored the bit about delivery. I chased again the Thursday before the weekend the delivery was due, but again no response. I then recieved a phone call from Hannah who said she was one of the owners of the business advising they could deliver the shed on 4th August. I queried this as it had been confirmed via live chat for the 26th/27th July. Hannah advised the live chat agent had agreed the delivery date but not passed it on to the correct team so it was never booked in. Hannah advised the could deliver 3rd August at the earliest and they would give us free bunny hides for the inconvenience. I accepted this reluctantly and a delivery window was agreed for 3rd August. I recieved a call during the delivery window of 3rd August to advise they couldn't come now as the van had broken down the day before and their 3 other vans were apparently all in for a service (seemed odd). Delivery rearranged for 5th August and my husband took the day off work. Suprise suprise, the morning of 5th, around the time of the delivery slot, we recieved another call from Hannah advising the hire van was not big enough so they could not deliver. She tried to blame the hire company. I requested compensation due to 3 failed deliveries and the distress caused. Hannah eventually agreed to £100 compensation for the further mess ups and rearranged delivery for 8th August (this compensation was never recieved). 8th August arrives and suprise suprise another call from Hannah. Apparently the staff member due to do our delivery walked out that morning and they have no other option. I requested a full refund as with 4 failed deliveries we have reason to believe the shed may not even have been made and if it was, they were never planning on delivering. We have also had to deal with some incredibly rude staff when we have called in. Hannah did agree to the refund and advised it would show on our card within 5-7 days. After 7 days we contacted our bank as the money was not in our account (as we had suspected). A dispute was raised and Mastercard have completed a charge back to get us our refund.
This has been extremely stressful for us and our bunnies are currently left in temporary accommodation (which this company knew as we took the old shed down ready for the delivery date we were given).
After the first 3 failed deliveries, the company also refused to talk to us over the phone, blocked me from being able to live chat and refuse to reply to emails.
Overall summary - shed never received (potentially never built), rude staff, constant lies and failed deliveries, so please avoid at all costs. We are now out of pocket as we have had to purchase emergency housing options for our bunnies whilst we wait for another company to deliver a shed.

This company is absolutely amazing. They gave me a quote which was very reasonable they produced my shed on time and made it very professionally. the quality of the materials is of the highest standard. Absolutely outstanding I would recommend them to anyone and very pleased to show anyone my shed.

Ordered the Double Rabbit Haven. Very pleased with it. Spacious & well designed. Feels sturdy. On install day the guys worked so hard & stayed as long as required to get it done properly. Deducted one star for delays & cancelled deliveries - communication could be better!

Same as a lot of other people on here, paid the money and after at least 6 different times /days they gave for delivery no one ever turned up. Save your money and time move on to another company.
Always gave different reasons for their failure to deliver ranging from no staff to a death in the family, all of which I gave the benefit of the doubt but in the end and six months down the line and still no goods I simply contacted the bank and gained my refund!

We ordered a tortoise house for the garden after looking for weeks for the correct one, we decided on the one from cherry acres animal housing as it was the right size for us.

The company were very helpful because we needed the top to open on the other side of the house to what was shown in photos, they said it wasn’t a problem changing the side and they’d do it,

They kept us informed as to when it would be delivered and when it came you can tell it’s very sturdy and well made with good quality wood, it’s all insulated and lined to make it easier to clean.

This company I highly recommend the tortoise house is perfect and well priced and glad we made the right decision to order off them.

Reading the negative reviews echos my experience. Poor communication, missed delivery dates, no responses to emails and then the replies to the reviews is always someone else’s fault, even though every reviewer is from different parts of the country saying the same thing, and who do not know each other. Management are dishonest. I have contacted AMEX for my money back but truly they shouldn’t be in business.

Product was fantastic value and we are very happy with the service and installation!
We will definitely order again for our menagerie 😊
