Chriselli

Venditore serio e preciso transazione senza problemi pacco arrivato nei tempi previsti
Grazie

Super snelle levering. In hele goede staat aangekomen. Ben er heel blij mee🥰

I ordered it...I got it.. well.done

Edit: After a lot of back and forth and me having to resort to threatening to file a dispute with PayPal and my bank if they do not provide a refund, they finally gave me a transaction number and said it has been processed.

I ordered a watch for my partner as a preset and paid an extra £20 for fast delivery via UPS. The money was taken immediately but after a week of no updates, I contacted the company on Instagram ad via their website. Their response was they didn't even have the product in stock, it was discontinued by the manufacturer previously but they still had it on their website allowing people to purchase. I would not have been notified about this unless I contacted them which is extremely poor customer service and also fraudulent. I have been told they will process a refund but I do to fully trust what they say. If I do not receive it I will claim back through my bank as a fraudulent charge, avoid this

Klare Empfehlung

Wat een service !!!!
De bestelling was binnen 26 uur geleverd vanuit Londen....

Leeren Karton erhalten

I purchased a KATE SPADE watch for my mothers special birthday. When it arrived the box was tatty and cushion was falling to bits but I gave the watch benefit of the doubt although no tag on the winder.my mother told me after 1 day it wasn’t working!! I informed ChrisElli who are also known as watches2U!! To be told to try putting a new battery in! Needless to say I did this as is read reviews saying people had sent the watch back and received no refund or new watch. The new battery didn’t work either. I took it to a specialist jewellers who advised the whole mechanism inside was broke. £70 to repair!!! I don’t have a lot of money and not only was this embarrassing as it was a special gift, but there has been no communication other than ChrisElli advising new battery. Buyers please be aware !!!!!! Scam company !!!

Volveré a comprar.

Trusted , good price

Fabulous service from ChrisElli. I purchased a Vivienne Westwood watch for my daughter for Xmas and I am so happy with it, it’s a beautiful item. I know that she is going to love it.

Clear and fast shipment.
The service is polite and fast-response
