I've been working with CK for years but since July, they no longer respond to phones and emails. This is putting me and my business in a difficult situation. Shame.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service, registration was quick and easy, no hassle. It was easy to upload all documents required on their website, again very quick and efficent.
The signing of all documentation was also quick and easy, with electronic signatures.

After having looked at around 4-5…
After having looked at around 4-5 Umbrella companies recently, and after some analysis, I came to the conclusion that Churchill Knight Umbrella was the one to enroll with. In doing so, one of the key factors was the service being offered by Natalie who's been amazing, really. Not only is their monthly fee favorable, but the client portal and other services are well explained. Thanks Natalie!

Very easy to communicate both by phone and email. Fast responses and simple, clear registration process. Options for payments are given. Fits in well with my busy life.

So happy I swapped payroll companies
I swapped to Churchill Knight from another payroll company, beginning in December 2022. I was a little nervous that my Christmas pay may have gone astray - but I could not have needed to worry less. All went swimmingly. Both Natalie and Sarah were extremely helpful and so communicative - and still are whenever I have a question. I am encouraging all of my colleagues to move across to Churchill Knight too.

An excellent service introduction
I had to navigate the set up of umbrella company arrangements at short notice. Charlie was absolutely fantastic, walking me through the set up process clearly and patiently. I felt like I was in expert hands and he answered all questions I had.
