Last delivery was very quick so satisfied to order more coils

It came to adress about in 26 days a little late but everything works as it should

Items sent out but Royal Mail didn’t deliver to correct address ( I have photo evidence to show doors are completely different) was told to let them out in a claim with Royal Mail.
Heard nothing despite multiple emails.

Service was great when I ordered will use again

Very quick delivery and amazing prices which you cannot beat

The vape I bought from this company, doesn't work! I can get anything out of it.

After the first e-mail they told me that I have to contact the manufacturer and I asked them for contact info, and they told me that they will check it out and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything since then!!

I have contacted the company several times, but they don't respond to my e-mails.

I bought the item from this company and paid them, so I really think they should solve my problem.

This is an easy case to solve, either by refunding the money or send me another vape!
I will never use this company again.

I never got my order and they literally haven't responded to any of my e-mails or chats and are unreachable. They basically stole a 100 bucks from me.

I ordered 3 different vapes from here, recieved 2 of the same instead, they're now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from here!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered 2 x Berry Lemonade Elux vapes, received 2 Pink Lemonade instead. I contacted them on both email and Facebook messenger and I’ve been ignored ever since. They read your message and don’t reply. Avoid this company at all cost! I wish I’d read the reviews before buying - awful.

Not happy at all !!! I have ordered many times from this company and had no complaints, but this time the whole order is wrong !!! Nothing like what I ordered!!! My previous was wrong too but I wasn’t sure and had no proof so this time I screenshot my order !!!! Nothing I ordered has arrived it’s completely different!!! I have been emailing and sent messages on messenger and nobody has got back to me !!! CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE!!! And I contacted them the minute my order arrived!!!

Købte vapes hos dem. Får så en besked nogen dage efter, om at de slet ikke har nogen af dem på lager jeg har købt, men de gerne vil sende nogen andre. Dette siger jeg nej til, da jeg ikke gider have dem der er større.
De bliver ved med at sige at smagen er den samme, men der bare er 2000 puff mere i. Jeg siger jeg ikke er interesseret, og bare vil have pengene tilbage. Nu får jeg robotsvar om at de er ked af jeg har modtaget de forkerte vapes, og jeg skal sende dem retur. Har brugt 6-700 kroner, som jeg bare vil have tilbage NU.

I put a order in 2 days later arrived, i was a little shocked as i orderd 2 but received a lot more, i reached out and had amazing customer service, being a small business myself i understand mistakes happen but i will be returning the rest, thanks for a quick delivery and amazing products at good prices 😁
