Fast delivery and quick customer support.

I purchased Elux legend 3500 from Cigma Vape and products are genuine and their delivery was very fast.

No response to email and whatsapp. Only a little on Instagram. I have been waiting for a refund since August 19, 2023 because they sent me a completely different vape and flavors. When I wrote a complaint, I received a message that I should be grateful because they sent me a stronger vape... And now they ignore me! Total scam.

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about ordering from here due to how cheap they are and the bad reviews. But my order just arrived very quickly and there was a really great response from customer service when I had an issue. If you email it's very fast but their WhatsApp is inactive from what I can tell will defo order again!

Fantastic company they didn't have the brand I wanted but sent me a much larger capacity vape x 2 . Brilliant communication and updates. Cannot fault cigma vape.
Definitely a new long staying customer here. First time using and won't use anyone else from now on

Emailed the seller after having some tracking issues with Royal Mail which was quickly rectified. Would give 5* but one of the flavours I got was different to the one I ordered. That said they threw in an extra vape which made up for it, so will more than likely order from them again on the guise they get the full order right next time.

I had an order that wasn't delivered I emailed straight away, they immediately sent out a replacement no questions asked. Delivered the next day as i explained i was going on holiday. Totally professional company which I will use from now on and fully recommend. I've had really unprofessional experience with rival vape company vape uk when I've had half a delivery twice and had to battle to get a refund. So we'll impressed!!

Ordered 20 bulk order, only received 19, emailed Company to be told the girl packed 20, well that must be true. Offered a free throw away on our next order, won't be ordering again, can't afford to lose £10 everytime we order. Maybe it was the postman, but the box wasn't even taped up. Customer service quite abrupt and rude.

I have ordered twice from this website and I highly appreciate their fast delivery and the quality of vapes they provide.

I bought 7 vapes, it took a week to get to me and 2 were faulty! I was in constant communication with them till I asked for replacements. Heard nothing for 3 days now

Never received order. Online chat doesn't work

Well ...

I bought cigarettes on the official website.
First problem : a promotional message was displayed on the website (one cigarette free for one bought), but didn't apply in the cart.
So I contacted them by emails, they told me to buy one, and promised to send me the two cigarettes.

And I received ... only one cigarette ^^

Email again : first, they told me "no you didn't buy the good model, the promotion was for the other model" .... (they did'nt make that precision in our previous conversation, and the two models was at the same price).

I replied I wasn't satisfied, and will probably ask for a refund.
So, they finaly sent me the second cigarette very quickly. (in France)
They kept their promise, and sent me the two electronic cigarettes.
So finally, despite this little problem, everything ended well.

Now I've tested the two cigarettes ("slim" and "extra" models) and I am happy.
I take the "slim" to go outside, and the "extra" ( a little bigger) for home, it's perfect for me that way.

They are working fine, I haven't got any problem with the cigarettes.
I don't smoke "reals" cigarettes anymore now !
I smoked for 15 years it's a nice victory :)
If you are a very big smoker, there are more powerful models.
The "slim" and "extra" models are for "classical" smokers, I smoked about 10/15 cigarettes a day before.
And I'm a girl with little hands, so I don't like the bigs electronics cigarettes. For me they are very good.

After browsing their website and being sucked in by claims I placed an order. To date nothing's arrived and cannot contact them on any number, also numerous emails sent.
Beware of this lot....

I have placed and paid for an online order on their website and never received it!
Their contact details appears to be from Oxford and Berlin, unfortunately neither could be reach from UK telephone numbers!
I have been sending multiple e-mails to their addresses and tried to contact them on these telephone numbers +44 (0) 1865-856-903 , +49 (0) 30 7024 8888 with no results.
When a relative of mine from outside of the UK tried to contact their Germany land-line number, a shady member of staff who pretends to solve the delivery issue answered, but never followed up with the promise of delivering the products I've paid for with my debit card.
I've already placed a report with Consumer Protection Rights and waiting for them to solve this issue legally and get a refund.
Morris & Green Ltd and cigmavape (.com) website are definitely not trustworthy!
DO NOT GET TRICKED! NEVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!!!
