Beautiful Jewelry and Great Experience Every Time
Iâve been buying jewelry from Cinco Store for quite a while now and I can honestly say my experience has been excellent. Over time Iâve purchased more than 10â15 pieces and Iâve always been impressed with the quality, design, and overall craftsmanship. The pieces are elegant, minimal, and very easy to wear every day while still feeling special.
Shipping and packaging have always been great, and the items always arrive exactly as described. Itâs clear that the brand puts a lot of care into both their products and the customer experience.
The only thing Iâve noticed recently is that the prices have increased quite a bit compared to when I first started buying from them. While the quality is definitely there, I do hope they keep their pricing accessible so loyal customers can continue to enjoy their beautiful pieces.
Overall, Iâm still very happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend Cinco Store to anyone looking for stylish, high-quality jewelry.

Bad luck?
I recently bought a few things from them, and two of the rings are already loosing color. Perhaps it was bad luck with the models. It is a shame because the designs are pretty and customer support was also great.

A big fan since 2023. Never had an issue with the quality of the jewelry or customer service. They went above and beyond when I lost one of my earrings to get a replacement. On my recent order (purchased 20 Jan), the package was delivered on 22 Jan in Ireland and all I can say is WOW!

42 days delivery, broke the next day
I've been ordering from Cinco at least five times in the past, and it honestly saddens me to see whatâs happened to them. I placed my order during Black Friday, hoping to have my wifeâs Christmas gift ready in advance. Then I received an email from Cinco explaining that they had accepted more orders than they had in stock â but ITâS ALRIGHT, because that was apparently their plan all along, and they would produce more and ship everyoneâs orders before Christmas.
Spoiler alert: I didnât receive it before Christmas. I didnât receive it after Christmas either.
I contacted customer service around December 30th, and it turned out they had never shipped it at all â something âwent wrong.â Okay, I told them to send it ASAP. When did I finally get it? January 9th.
The package was in very bad shape â the small one, not the shipping box. The earrings were sitting in a dirty piece of cotton wool, tinted green from oxidation. The quality of the box was so low. I still have the older packaging from the same earrings I ordered a few years ago for comparison.
The best part? My wife wore the earrings once, and the lock on one of them broke â it doesnât lock anymore. Thatâs just a ridiculously low value for the money paid. I'm not sure I'm ready to go through the return process, though.
