CINCO STORE レビュー

Nice and unique products! Fast delivery. Great customer service!

I am a huge Cinco fan for quite a few years now. The quality of the products is amazing, the design is so classic and timeless, yet with a modern twist to it. I always get questions regarding my Cinco jewellery. I own so many of their pieces and each of them is so unique. And the customer service is AMAZING. The respond time is so quick, the communication is personalized. Whenever I reach out to them, it feels like I know the Cinco customer service team personally.

I've been a customer of the CINCO store for a few years now and I can say that the quality of the products is excellent (value for money), and the design of the new pieces (without becoming a fashion victim) is a concern of the brand, which is minimalist but tasteful. The brand's concern for customer service in both sales and after-sales is remarkable and, in my opinion, we have almost created a relationship of friendship/loyalty with this brand.

The best, most elegant, stylish and good quality earrings. Love the designs the brand is creating and the quality and delivery is so good and easy, can’t stop myself from buying more each time.

Beautiful jewelry! Me and my daughter are in love with them. This is our 6 order. They are simply gorgeous! Great service and fast delivery. Thank you so much!

amazing experience and high quality pieces!

The earrings are of great quality and packaging is great. This is my 4th order and I think they have a warehouse close to my country because the order is here after 1 business day. Amazing ! And… Cinco has a great collaboration with Andreea Ali with the best designs ever !

The best experience! Absolutely Love the products, the design, absolutely everything this brand is perfect. The website is very easy to navigate and shop, the experience from the point of view of the customer it’s very good.
I almost forgot... the packaging is stunning. Velvety on touch, beutiful and carefully packed "Just For You" (thats the sensation).

I am an absolute fan of Cinco. The brand is excellent, offering high-quality products that truly meet expectations. Additionally, their customer service is exemplary. Whenever I had any questions or needed support, I was attended to quickly and efficiently by a friendly and helpful team. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for timeless jewelry.

Amazing quality jewelry, quick delivery and great customer service. I have bought several pieces from Cinco and I have always been very satisfied. The last one, in particular, a necklace from solid gold with three little diamonds is outstanding. I will keep buying from this company and I would recomment it to anyone looking for high quality and unique design.

I love cinco pieces. They are beautiful and they have good quality. The purchasing process is easy and shipping is decent. I hope to buy many more pieces in the future!

Since being introduced to CINCO via Andrea Ali's YouTube channel, I have been hooked! As evidence of how impressive the company is, I have made multiple purchases, and I have yet to be disappointed. First, the items are gorgeous and well-made. Next, the vast number of items available make it easier to fit many styles and budgets. It does not hurt that they often have sales! Moreover, processing and shipping is lightning fast. Last, they take customer care seriously. If there are any questions, the response is professional, patient and prompt.

I wanted to pay with Klarna but it told me it was not available at the moment, so I bought less than I’d planned. Btw, I used Klarna right after on another site and it worked fine.

Cinco jewelry is amazing, durable and unique. I pay the extra price for their products for their quality and unique style. I am returning client which got the private tier in their rewards program!

Excellent quality, unique design and fast delivery!!!perfection!!!

I love Cinco's design and quality.
I'm very proud to shop true portuguese modern and qualitative jewelry.
Though, I believe the prices have increased a lot over the last months/year - exact same products are now much more expensive.
Regarding the inspirational part of Cinco's strategy - instagram is highly inspirational, and also the newsletters are very cool (lifestyle tips, for instance). However, the site could be more in-line with the other channels - I feel there are not many product pictures, sometimes it's not clear exactly how the product looks like (would be really nice to have more closeups and more perspectives on the product).
All in all, I'm a Cinco fan!

Cinco jewels are unique pieces, of enormous quality and that make us feel more beautiful and confident. I recommend the brand to any friend.

Cinco is magic! I have a busy life and chaning accessories all the time can be tricky, Cinco errings and necklaces can stay and live with me and be there for me to shine! I adore every single of them! And I gave quite many, high quality indeed but mostly the shine ✨ Cinco😍

I had one of the best experiences with this store, besides the jewelry being very beautiful, I had a situation with them that they resolved very promptly and professionally. I was deeply impressed. I highly recommend.
