My friend and I arrived, at the Bargeddie cinema. We were running late so hadn’t booked on line.
The ticket desk was closed and a member of staff informed us we could purchase at the food court. We stood in a queue , ordered our tickets and proceeded to ask for a hot dog, to be told, that was the next queue we had to stand in.
We explained we had already stood in this queue and the movie was about to start; we paid in separate queues!
Eventually getting to our seats, I bit into my hotdog, only to find it was cold; I couldn’t be bothered going back out to complain as by this time we were p——- off.
The only positive was the chairs which were luxurious and comfortable… but from now on we’ll stick to the Vue.

nous avons appelé ,cherché des indications puis
nous avons erré dans les couloirs à la recherche du film que nous souhaitions voir .
à la salle 3 nous sommes tombés sur un "gardien" odieux ,impoli ,méprisant, nous disant qu'il nous surveillait depuis un certain temps(sic) et qu'on avait qu'à lire les panneaux(nous avons vu en sortant une feuille A4 affichée à la porte extérieure et parfaitement illisible) bref nous étions des imbéciles !
je signale en plus que la sécurité est minimum ,ce que je signalerai à la mairie demain.
nous aimons les salles indépendantes mais ne soutiendrons plus celle ci

On the 27th of July 2024 I took my grandchildren to the Odeon Cinema at Thornbury Bradford. Only to receive a parking charge for £85 some days later. I didn’t see any signs relating to car parking, nor any as to any procedure to be carried out, either outside or inside the cinema. The Odeon obviously let me down and should make sure their customers are aware of parking procedures. I would advise people to boycott this cinema until they show loyalty to their customers.
