I've tried other server hosting services and this is definitely one of the best ones. Fast responses from support and quick setup of my Palworld server, helping me every step of the way. Quality and performance is also great and optimized. Will definitely use again!

As a first time server owner, They helped and guided me perfectly on how to setup my own Palworld server for my community. They answered quickly and all their steps led my server to be available to all of my group.

Fast live chat. I know it's old (the game) but I wanted a public L4D2 server. I quoted a server and tried to build out in TX. The game server selection does not show a TX location when you drill into it deeper, so I reached out and confirmed they do have a Texas location. Once confirmed I ordered the server and it was live in minutes. I adjusted my cfg settings alone and my instance was fully populated as soon as I dropped in! The CP is setup to populate a 32 slot server (with mods) This was a great experience to get my feet wet with sourcemod for administration. Tyvm Cheryl in live chat!

The team helped me to live my gaming life STRESS-FREE. I used to host my own server, and since I'm not that good at tech stuff, a friend recommended me to try CS and I did. They really helped me out and answered so many of my questions... I felt I had bombarded them yet they answered all of it! I want to thank this certain gal (whom I won't name to protect her privacy) for the time she spent making adjustments on my server.

Garbage customer support, unable to configure the server per my specifications. Never even went live. Refunds are apparently just store credit too. Avoid these people at all costs.

I moved out from my former game hosting provider because they messed up my Valheim game server and moved to Citadel. I had the best experience with them so far. Initially, it took a bit of time to set up my server but they do update you on what needs to be done, and how long it may take. Thanks, CS!

The server runs smoothly and with no issues and if you have an issue the support team is super helpful and timely. I highly recommend using their services to anyone.

I was able to host a server on my local machine from Brazil to Americans, 200 ping for reference, that ran better than Citadel's servers.

I would be embarrassed to own this company or call their "service" anything close to acceptable. Their net infrastructure can't even handle the basic expectation of net load during busy hours.

If you get my experience you can hang up getting a refund too, not happening. Wasted days setting up a completely worthless server.

When I complained about performance and cancelled service they also completely disabled my account, basically stealing my money for what I did pay for.

I'm not one to call a service a scam often but they literally stole money in my case when I specifically requested an end of cycle cancellation (since the alternative was allowing them to rob me).

UPDATE 17/5/23

Citadel Servers is now continuously billing me while not even having my account open to even basic features such as opening a ticket to complain. This company is literally stealing our money and giving no services and I will have to dispute the charges to even fight back. Actual legal fraud.

Citadel refunded the stolen money after my updated review and me calling straight at them on twitter. I'm not changing anything about this review because they did what they did.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
I get a host for RUST server for 6 months but it get problem every month. so you will pay for a server monthly but be sure you use it for less days then you paid it. customer service send you answer after days and don't fix the issue.

Best hosting there is. Fast and reliable support with huge configurable server options with slick looking game panel.

Best support ever! I was surprised with their ticket turnaround time which was way faster than those hosts I had before. They answer within minutes!!

We have tried a lot of servers for our ark clustered servers but we always ended up in issues and downtimes related to their hosting. Until we stumbled upon a reddit post recommending this site and we voted if we should give this one a try. We ended up renting a server for a month to try and see if this host is the one. One month had passed and we didn't notice that we were already having fun playing on this server so we decided to migrate all of our servers here once and for all. As a result, we now stand with a cluster of 5 servers and everything is perfectly working fine.

I don't think anyone who works for Citadel actually cares. Awful help from the jump and service tickets ignored. Also, if you are looking for an Ark Server they are on an outdated version of Ark API and a lot of the plugins are on old versions too. Just go elsewhere. And if you leave a honest review, Citadel will report it every week to try to get it taken down.

At last! They have a Satisfactory dedicated server. Been waiting for this. Been waiting for this.

Their FiveM is better than Russia's Zap upon testing.
