They have the cleanest game panel I have seen which was quite nice since I configure and upload files a lot in my server. Easy to edit and organize files in the file manager without the need of having to access it via ftp which I find a bit hassle.

Configurable servers and has access to FTP and have databases. My previous server don't have these things.

I tried to rent a server for my ark community, just to try and find a new host since my previous host doesn't relly update the game anymore. Im very glad I found this one and now I have my 3 map clusters.

Love the new update for 7 days to die! Smooth servers though I encountered some issues, but it was quickly resolved! Thanks to the quick action support.

This website is a pure scam, do not even buy there. Early 2021 we tried to rent a Valheim server and it barely worked at all, not to mention that it blocked all the server performance increasing mods you could install. So I requested a refund and only got back store credit, not my real money. I thought I might hold on to this and use it for something else eventually. So yesterday I tried to buy a Minecraft server since my friends and me wanted to play on the new 1.18 version. Turns out, I rented the server, it doesn't even start at all and version 1.18 cannot even be installed on there even though it was released more than 2 weeks ago. Like what the heck? I asked the support and they told me that devs are working on it. Why the hell should I pay for a server that isn't ready to be used in the slightest? Never go there ever if you don't wanna get scammed.

Edit in 2024: They are even trying to skew the ratings since today marks the third time they are trying to flag my review as "not credible" or "attributed to a wrong domain" which is absolutely not true since I can (and did) prove my transactions with them already. Just shows how scummy of a company they are. Dont go there ever.

Worst ever they lie tell u that they host whole map then give u a grid instead. Then act like they didn't say it. We will be banning any server hosted by this company. Worst service ever and flat out lie to u.

The support is very helpful and very professional. Though their reply times is within 24 hours, they still provide quality support.
