CityVan レビュー

Paul was really brilliant and saved us when our previous booking cancelled last minute. We contacted CityVan on Saturday morning and Paul arrived by 10.30. Super friendly and personal service - couldn’t recommend enough!

Paul and his team were absolutely brilliant. Ahead of the move, Paul's communication with me was fantastic. Due to our floor fittings being delayed we had to change our removals date and he accommodated this request no problem.
When he actually arrived he was so friendly, such a lovely guy. We left them to it in our flat, and in no time they'd delivered everything to our new house, without any damage at all to the furniture and not so much as a scratch on the walls. They really took all the stress out of moving and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Paul saved the day when I needed a removal van at the last minute. I enquired on the Thurs and he was here on the Monday when I needed to move. He made my moving experience so easy (as I was quite stressed) and he was super friendly. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use again! ☺️

Paul came to the rescue when another company let me down at the last minute. His team were with me the same day and removed all my items without hassle. Very easy to deal with; full communication. Will use again and highly recommend

My wife and I would like to express a very high satisfaction for Paul and his colleagues work, we had quite a lots of things to move out from a flat in SW7 to .. another part of s london. The van has very large capacity, but with all my wife cotées we had to double loads!! They were right on time, service and kindness top notch! We were very pleased and will certainly stay in touch with them for next move.
Strongly recommend !!

I can't recommend enough City Van.
Paul provided quick and efficient service along with a reasonable price. Very positive experience. Would definitely use them again.

Paul was extremely helpful, along with the man he brought along. They moved my belongings carefully and quickly. And he helped quite last minute too which I really appreciated.

Paul provided an extremely friendly and efficient service on our recent move. He was happy to go back and make a second trip to collect the remainder of our belongings and even stopped to buy us a coffee and sausage roll en route!

Excellent service, would definetly recommend!

Paul and his son moved us last week to our new home - to the second floor without a lift. They were very fast, accommodating, took good care of our stuff and nothing was a problem. They even got held up (thanks to us) for another hour and had to rush to another job, they finished the job and made sure everything is in. They even helped to dismantle a sofa that didn't fit through the doors and took extra load that wasn't discussed beforehand. Their van isn't massive so it took 2 trips, but the places are very close, so that wasn't an issue.

Paul was really brilliant and helpful, and made the whole moving process easy and stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly service.

Really helpful and quick. Booked the night before and were really accommodating. Slightly late but text me to let me know. Would recommend. Thanks.

Great service!
Moving is stressful.. but have someone reliable is what you need for it.

I had to move my stuff 2 time in 10 days... Everything went well!

I highly recommend it!

Paul recently helped me move from my parent's place to a new flat in London. From start to finish it was a really great service. Paul was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply. He arrived promptly and moved all of my belongings with great care.

I can definitely say I recommend Paul and will be using him again for any moves in the future!

Highly recommend CityVan, Paul and his son! I am so impressed by the excellent service and their lovely, friendly smiles! The CityVan website is professional, credible and just EASY! Prices are clearly listed on the site and your quote gets emailed to you straight after. Amazed at the incredibly competitive rates, I called Paul straight away just to be sure I wasn’t going to be charged extra hidden costs. It was close to 10pm and I didn’t expect an answer but Paul was super responsive and called me straight back! He confirmed the final quote, explained how to pay on delivery, communicated the entire time and also replied really quickly to text queries I had about the job and possible other jobs. Paul also didn’t charge me extra when the table I had to collect had to be moved from 1st floor to Ground Floor, when I originally asked for a Ground Floor collection. He arrived nice and early at the agreed hour of delivery and the payment was a straightforward bank transfer or cash payment. And to top it off, Paul is just super lovely, friendly, genuine and trustworthy. You can see he is genuinely interested in providing a top service and in building customer relationships, not just in getting stuff from A to B, which he does very well too with no hassle! You are left with a great experience and peace of mind that you and your stuff are being well looked after! Which is what you want when you are moving treasured possessions. My table arrived in impeccable condition and Paul even followed up with a call straight after to check I was happy with it! Will definitely use CityVan again for future moves and pleased to know he operates all over London and beyond!

Excellent service from Paul. Very punctual, careful with the furniture, polite and efficient.

Paul was an absolute life saver, my other removal van (AnyVan) cancelled last minute and I had to be out of my flat that day. I called Paul and within minutes he had confirmed the job. They were professional, quick and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend more! Have saved the number for future jobs.

Went with this service for a room move to a neighbouring London borough. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. Have recommended them to a friend and will keep them in mind for future moves for myself.

Paul is incredibly reliable, efficient and friendly. He has helped me on two occasions now - first when I needed some boxes moved to storage which he did same day, and I've then used him again for a work project moving furniture quickly out of a house to storage. With his colleague he is quick and professional - nothing is an issue - he is very much 'can-do' and wants to help wherever possible. Already booked him for a third job and would recommend him to everyone!

Paul came to our rescue on a cancelled van job and got us out of a particularly sticky situation with a smile on his face. Paul was professional from start to finish and absolutely went the extra mile to make sure our move was as smooth as possible. He didn’t just get the job done, but he actually made the moving day very enjoyable!? Highly recommend.

We needed to move sofa from one location to another. Not only the price was quite fair but the whole process was brilliantly handled. I received quote on their website, then called Paul. Within few minutes we agreed on the time and date suitable to us. On the day as promised he called 30 min in advance and true to his word was there within 30 min. He and his assistant were friendly and efficient.
Definitely will use them again and highly recommend.
