CityVan レビュー

Paul saved me with a last minute moving cancellation, he was immediately available to confirm on the same day and helped make a stressful moment much easier, and his assistance in helping me transport all my belongings was seamless, helpful and a very lovely man to chat with during the van trip. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again in the future!

I have used Paul to move house three times! Him and his son are just brilliant- lovely, reliable, kind, excellent at getting the job done. I recommend him to everyone.

Had to move out of a flat with a planned key returning time and with a originally booked mover service, which it didn't show up and weren't able to contact driver either.
10 minutes in getting a quote with CityVan and a quick response from Paul on Whatsapp, managed to book and send out a van in an hour and a half.
Paul arrived on time and was friendly and professional, loaded and unloaded everything quickly and carefully. Massive thank you to Paul, definitely recommend CityVan service and will move with them in the future!

Quick, easy, and very affordable. The whole process was seamless thanks to Paul.

The team turned up early and started work straight away. Sonny and his colleague did a great job, moved a packed one bed flat very quickly and efficiently. Great price and very friendly!

Our original mover, cancelled on us the last minute. Within 20 minutes of contacting City Van, we were able to confirm a van and driver and all reasonably priced. Paul provided excellent customer service and our mover/driver, Sonny was really professional and helpful on the day. The move to our new office was quick and seamless and I would highly recommend City Van.

Thanks from all the team at Real Holidays.

A brilliant and punctual experience with Paul from City Van… he arrived and was waiting outside 15 mins before our scheduled pick up time and the removal itself was quick, professional and safe… I had a lot of delicate items, but everything arrived securely… thank you for the stress free move! James

The removal uses in our block were very rude to a neighbour who questioning their approach to building security in our central lindon apartments.

Excellent service. Sonny was extremely helpful and friendly. Even with a quick change to our schedule he was agile and accommodating. I fully recommend City Van.

From the start there was good communication including a confirmation in the morning of the moving day, we had a good chat! Paul seems like he enjoys his job & he’s good at it as he took great care with my belongings. I would 100% use CityVan in the future!! Thank you guys!

They were very helpful and friendly at CityVan. They provided a fantastic service and cared for all my belongings. Very easy to coordinate with as well! Is recommend them to anyone without reservations!

I had a really positive experience with Paul during my recent move, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I had explained my sensitive home situation in advance, and he handled everything with incredible calmness and professionalism, even when things became a little chaotic.

He was extremely efficient and quick but also genuinely compassionate and understanding throughout the process. All of my items were handled safely, and everything arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all!

Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience thanks to him. I’m very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate mover.

Paul has helped me with three separate moves. Each time, the service he has provided has removed the stress from the situation and he is always happy to go the extra mile for good customer service. Particularly on my last move where my partner and I were moving with our baby. Seamless move and an extremely fair price. Can’t thank Paul and his Son enough for their hard work. Without a doubt will be calling Paul for my next move.

Paul was friendly, accommodating, and arrived in a timely manner. The move was professional, smooth, and on schedule; the quote was transparent and clear for the service provided.

Called Paul on Thursday afternoon and had a sofa collection arranged for the next morning. Easy and fair quote, stress free and professional service - would highly recommend.

Booked Paul for a storage move today. Excellent communication and service from start to finish. He arrived early and was great even though we had a few more things than what we said when booking (sorry!!!) Job was done quickly and very efficiently.

Can't recommend City Van enough.

Paul & team had a very good attitude and made a difficult house move look routine. A partial walk-up move turned into a full walk-up due to a last minute lift failure. They were quite professional about it and managed it very well.
Will definitely use Paul (Cityvan) for our next move.
Thank you, Paul & Sonny.

What an absolute delight CityVan does what it says on the tin.

I had to move storage facilities and was going to do it myself in several trips over 3 days. On a whim I decided to ring a couple of people to get a rough estimate of costs and got no further than Paul.

Engaging, polite, friendly and no flannel.

It was pouring with rain and pretty grim. No complaints. Job done in good time with a smile and a bit of banter.

I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and CityVan.

Paul and his helper were brilliant. So accommodating, friendly, professional and calm - even though I suspect I was exuding nothing but sheer chaos amidst a last minute, emotional move. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Paul at CityVan for my mother's removal. He arrived on time. Excellent service from him and his colleague. He was professional in his approach. He was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.
