CityVan レビュー

Paul helped us for 3 hours, moving out all our stuff from 2 separate flats and then up two flights of stairs into our new flat. He worked super hard, with no complaints despite the hot weather and heavy boxes! Paul was punctual, a good laugh and good value for money; we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Paul was reliable and punctual. I would recommend him.

I am very happy with my experience with CityVan. Excellent communication throughout and very efficient. I cannot thank Paul enough for his professional, friendly and very helpful service. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again

Excellent service. I wasn't there for the pick up but great communication and everything went well. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks Paul!

Highly recommended. Agreed to our job on the same day (Bank Holiday Monday), and was early, helpful and an all round nice guy. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Paul was a massive help when I move from London to Ramsgate Kent. He was friendly, reliable and very professional. He helped us load and unload and helped make the job quick and easy. Thank you Paul for all your help, will definately recommend you to anyone I know who
needs to move any goods.

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Easy to make arrangements at fairly short notice and really proactive and helpful in getting the job done. Would recommend.

It’s the second time I use CityVan, and I couldn’t be happier! Paul came with a very short notice with his son and they easily lifted and secured my scooter on the van and then gave me a lift to the garage. Paul is kind and extremely professional. Best low cost removal service in London!

Genuinely can not recommend Paul enough. He is kind, courteous, funny, and very well organised. His van is the perfect size for big big loads and he was on time and extremely professional.

Paul’s communication was excellent both before the job, on the job and afterwards, and he was very patient with the amount of things we had to move, and the fact that I am 22 weeks pregnant so couldn’t help him and my fiancé move much.

Will definitely use him again, and give everyone the highest recommendation to use him. You won’t be disappointed.

Made a very stressful situation easy and calm.

Thank you Paul.

I needed help with moving my belongings from storage to my house.
The service was good and speedily done by Paul and his son.
Great work and would recommend

Excellent service. Quick, very professional, A++ service! I will recommend CityVan to anyone in London that needs to move. I am so grateful for such great moving service. They took all the worry about my move away. The best in London!

City van was absolutely the most greatest service I have ever experience when it comes to business and providing great customer service. I will happily use City vans services again and I would recommend them to anybody in need of this service, please please support this business because you will not be disappointed I promise you that. Thanks again City van for helping me in my tough situation, so so appreciated.

More businesses like this is need! 😉

After hours of struggle to find a van at short notice ...I was fortunate to come across City Van...who were not just compatible for price but the service we received was second to none. Paul and his son arrived before schedule, waited patiently while my seller prepared the item for loading. They did not only complete the job to our satisfaction but also went the extra mile by helping us to dispose of our old sofa. The whole experience was positive. We was made to feel at ease during the whole process. Will recommend to everybody to use this family friendly company. You will not be dissapointed. A big thank you Paul and his son

Big shout out to Paul who’s been an absolutely star for helping me moving house as well as office on a couple of occasions. He’s super friendly, professional, gets the work done nice and fast also with very acceptable rate, can’t expect anything better. I did notice there’s a quite rude review down there which I have to point out I feel sorry for him to have had such a miserable customer whom apparently just want to make other people’s life difficult..
Anyway, thanks CityVan! Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the service provided by Cityvan. Paul helped me to collect a sofa on a very short notice. He arrived early and he was very friendly and efficient.
I would definitely recommend!!!

I was recommended Paul's van for moving houses and I am very happy I used his services. He helped me out with loading the van and taking my stuff up to the new house. Besides, he is a very friendly man that chatted with me about music. It was a very pleasant ride and a five star service. I fully recommend him and if I move houses again I'll certainly use his services again. Thank you Paul.

It was a pretty average quality service.
+ Paul is definitely friendly and helpful and relaxed. He did what he had to do, with a slowly but surely attitude. He had to move more stuff for me than I initially told him, plus he moved an extra furniture for me from my new place, which was extra work for him.
- I hired, and payed for, 2 men and a van and got 1 and a half men as he arrived with a very young boy, probably 16 or 17 years old, who helped him a bit but slowed things down and he also clearly didn't want to do it!! He arrived almost an hour late, which meant delaying the job and driving through Central London with the traffic of the rush hour. He tried to get the best possible route and we saved some time. Still, I payed extra for the extra time spent in the traffic. Again, it was alright, Paul is a nice guy, works hard, but it is not this amazing service that I was expecting from the reviews I read in here before hiring CityVan.

Paul was amazing and very helpful. It was very easy to book and confirmation was given immediately. He arrived early and helped me load/unload what seemed to me never ending boxes. He has been professional all throughout. No hidden charges too, he was transparent with everything. Highly recommended!!!

Brilliant service, Paul has helped us move house and remove household waste he is always on time, and accommodates our busy schedules. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

After browsing local companies I found CityVan, a company run by a lovely helpful guy called Paul. He answered every question on the phone and got the job done in a clean professsional manner.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
