Called about an car accident and didn't know my name and scam calls everyday

Terrible. As with other people was sold on the fact they were going to generate leads. We have 59 leads outstanding and get no response. Karan the director has not replied to a single email. Ben has just been fluffing us of for the last 7 months. DO NOT USE

The review is about thier Prospectdash.com product and their awful support.

I have been unable to contact support because their email hiatprospectdash.com email doesn't work nor the contact form on their website.

I have been charged for more than 4 months for something that doesn't work (you cant save your search criteria) I cant cancel and I cant get it to work and they do not respond.

This is a scam

Complete scam, so warning to those out there debating whether to give these guys (who also own Prospect Dash and Meeting Confirmed) a go. We've got to the point where we are having to instigate legal proceedings to recoup our money. 1 meeting booked in 6 months, refusal to reply on emails, lost count of the account managers which have come and gone. Even as I write this review, we've heard nothing back in over 2 months. There are better outfits to work with, please don't hesitate to get in touch to learn more about them. These guys will take the money and run.

This company would have promise but they don't have integrity with their sales and billing practices, so until they do, they get an F.

This relates to Prospect Dash - a new arm of Clarity Stack it seems, building on their prior Meet Hugo product.

We tried Meet Hugo and had mixed results (but no negative feeling). We were recently reached out to by Ben Harper to see if we would like to trial Prospect Dash - we said we were happy to try it again and filled out a criteria form online.

Imagine my surprise when it seems that someone at Clarity Stack has used bank details from our old Meet Hugo account to bill us over £200. Despite us having no agreement with them! We can now no longer get hold of anyone at Clarity Stack or Prospect Dash either.

I paid for the premium exclusive leads package, the leads were not exclusive. Some of the leads were from a general Linkedin post by the client, they had already been contacted by half a dozen people so they didn't want to speak to me. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me data from a random database. The quality of the leads was bad.

We also received leads for a service we don't offer. When I asked my account manager she told me we listed this service on the brief. I checked the brief and shared it with her (we never listed this service).

Some of the leads contact information was incorrect i.e. email/contact number so it was impossible to contact them.

I was patient and tried to resolve this by letting them know which leads we had issues with but they didn't care. They told me if there were issues with the leads I needed to notify them within 24 hours - which is incredibly unreasonable. I told them 7 days after and they told me that was too long.

It took several months for me to receive the leads, I was patient and understanding and I even shared industry data and insights to help them but they were more concerned about onboarding clients within my industry while they still hadn't delivered my leads. When I asked my account manager on the phone if she thought this was right, she couldn't answer.

We are a small business with limited funding and we have wasted our resources working with this company. The leads are bad quality and the company overpromise and underdeliver. They don't care about the quality of the leads or your business.

Going through the reviews I can see I'm not the only person they have let down. I wish these reviews were available when we were onboarded with this company. Avoid this company at all costs. Dishonest and unethical.

We didn't get a single useful lead from the platform, so after a number of months cancelled the service. Even though they acknoweldged the cancelation at the time, they continued to charge our debit card for a further three billing cycles.

As a result of this, we now have to claim a refund through Visa.

Clarity stack lies, provides fake leads and only takes action when you message their C-Suite on LinkedIn. I have messages and email correspondence to corroborate the following review.

Clarity Stack responds to negative reviews with an aggressive and hostile approach on TrustPilot (exemplifying their values perfectly).

To whoever responds to this message: Your company lied. I have it in writing that you lied. I have the contract and a partial refund proving you accept that you failed. Most importantly, I have 6-months of documented evidence to prove everything I say here, which I am happy to share with you and anyone interested

Now, to my review:

I signed a contract with Clarity Stack that guaranteed they would deliver 10 qualified leads per month for my digital services agency.

Clarity Stack provided 0 leads in month 1.

When I complained, my account manager shoved 10 leads into my account within an hour. None of the 10 leads responded to any form of outreach, signalling they were either fake leads or, minimally, highly unqualified for my service and thus ignoring me.

Then, I received 0 leads in month 2 and month 3.

Again I complained about not receiving any leads, and I also complained about the quality of the previous batch.

Clarity Stack didn't respond to me for more than a week. When they finally got back to me, their message was filled with excuses like, "ramp-up time", "validating leads", and even blaming me for not going after the 10 original leads hard enough to get them to respond.

There was back and forth with Clarity Stack for several days without them committing to any kind of time frame to deliver my guaranteed leads (24 missing in total at this point, nevermind the 10 fakes)

Frustrated, I reached out to Clarity Stack's entire C-Suite team and several board members on LinkedIn to inspire action.

They did not respond to me, but my account manager did. She was unhappy that I had gone above her head. She provided even more excuses, not results nor a timeline for getting those results.

After yet another month of waiting and zero leads provided, I contacted the entire C-Suite and Board again on LinkedIn, this time in a more threatening way regarding the legality of the situation. (I'm not a fan of this approach, but what was I supposed to do?)

This time, I got a response from my Account Manager that they would provide me with a refund for one of the months and a promise of the still missing 14 leads. They promised all 14 leads in a 30-day period.

You can imagine what happened next.

30-days passed, and Clarity Stack provided only 3 leads. Again I complained, again there were excuses.

Finally, I started getting 1 or 2 leads per week for several weeks until they delivered all outstanding leads.

You can guess the quality of those leads. I received only 1 response from someone who said they were contacted in a Slack channel when they asked for help with images on their website (not something I do, but I was able to start a relationship that took 6-months to close a minimal deal).

To Summarise:
1. I invested thousands of euros with Clarity Stack in 2021/2022. They delivered 1 viable lead, which did not cover my investment cost.
2. Clarity Stack's leads were not qualified nor professionally sourced by any means, making their high price per lead unreasonable.
3. Clarity Stack provided me with an account manager and a project manager, both of whom lied to me regularly.
4. Clarity Stack had me sign a contract promising 10 guaranteed leads per month. It took more than 6-months for Clarity Stack to provide just 30 leads, only 1 of which was an actual, viable lead.
5. After months of complaining about the missing leads and demanding a full refund, Clarity Stack issued a partial refund which came with an email about how special it was for me to receive a refund because Clarity Stack doesn't do that sort of thing.

Finally, after hearing about my single lead conversion, my account manager had the smart idea to respond to the long email chain filled with my complaints and demands for refunds with this link to TrustPilot so I could leave a review.

Well, Clarity Stack, here is that review. Thanks for the link and thanks for sucking the life out of my agency for almost a whole year by holding my investment hostage and providing 29 fake or unresponsive leads out of 30.

Clarity Stack signs contracts they do not fulfil nor compensate when failing to deliver.

The team have been a massive help for us, we book meetings for companies so the contact lists we use constantly change. Clarity stack have no restrictions and give us the flexibility to adapt to our clients needs. Great investment for us.

Paid almost £2,000 and they didn’t deliver a single lead. Literally nothing was delivered and then they proceeded to ignore emails. They offered no refund or even try to deliver any leads - I find it absolutely disgraceful they can take this much money from a business and then not deliver a single lead.

Signed up with Clarity Stack in early February 2022, with the 20 leads per month plan. It was repeatedly explained to me that their process involved some sort of proprietary lead generation system, them contacting leads on my behalf, and then setting up an introduction with warm, qualified, and exclusive leads. Sounded great.

When you start your "campaign" you set parameters for the types of leads you're looking for (industry, location, minimum budget, etc.). These are the leads you are paying for, and that you are supposed to be delivered. For reference, I made it very clear that I was only interested in projects that were valued at over $10,000. I was told that the first month or two would be a little slow as they built out my tailor-made campaign. Makes sense I guess.

It took about 6 weeks before a single "lead" was delivered. The value of the first lead was $0. They had literally no budget for the project and were only interested in trading some of their product for our service. Not off to a great start.

As the end of the initial 3 month period was approaching, I had received a total of 3 leads. All of them were complete garbage that did not fit my preferences at all. Because Clarity Stack says they will deliver all the leads you've paid for even after cancelling your subscription, I decided it was best to put payment on hold and see if things got better.

At this point, the frequency of lead delivery began to speed up a bit. I started receiving 2-4 leads per week. They were still not in line with my preferences, but at least they were coming in. For the prospects I was actually able to get ahold of, they typically had project budgets less than $2,000 (on the high end). Many of them still had no budgets at all. The leads continued to be worthless. They also stopped sending introduction emails that would tee up the prospect and provide an easy opportunity for me to jump into the conversation. These emails never worked in the first place, but they just completely stopped providing this service.

I also started noticing something else around this time. I pay for other lead generation services, including Bark.com. With great regularity, a lead would come through on Bark and then 12-24 hours later the same exact lead would show up on Clarity Stack (all details, including project descriptions would be identical as if just copy/pasted). It was so clear that they were just taking leads from Bark and selling them on their own platform. At no point were there any additional details that weren't included in the Bark description, so Clarity Stack was obviously not contacting the prospect to gather more information. If I saw a Bark lead that looked somewhat interesting I would just wait for it to come across on Clarity Stack the next day, as I was going to be charged for it through this platform regardless.

One of my favorite experiences with this platform so far was that I saw a lead come across on Bark, but I did not pursue it immediately. Then the prospect reached out to me directly and I agreed to take on the project. It was an easy enough job that we agreed to terms and signed a contract almost immediately. After the contract had been signed with the client, the lead came through on Clarity Stack. Oops!

I'm now over 5 months into this great experience and have been delivered about 25 leads total. Still none of them have met my $10,000 threshold. But at least I'm getting Bark leads delivered to my inbox a day later and at about 5x the cost!

Beware - we signed up on an annual subscription but soon found the leads they provided were no good so did not bother to continue looking at them and unfortunately forgot to cancel. Last week they charged us the annual fee. As soon as I saw the money going from our account I e-mailed saying we were not interested in renewing but they refuse to back down and refund. We never received any advanced reminder e-mail about the fee coming out. Response from them was that the renewal was visible on their system but, as we have not logged on and used their system for months, we would not have seen it. How much effort would it take for them to send a reminder, maybe 1 week before the payment was to come out? In fact I believe there are some US States where they are looking to make this a legal requirement. If they had any decency they would refund us.

Where do we begin, we are a digital agency with marketing understanding and understand the lead generation process. Clarity Stack offer what appears to be a sound proposition of generating a set number of leads per month which roll over if not reached. We opted for the 10 leads per month for £1250. We tried them for two months and then cancelled as clearly there was absolutely no sign of online activity through every online tool we have at our disposal to monitor digital activity, off-page and on-page. They claim to be in a building phase of the marketing campaign and claim they can't reveal their methods. There is no magic to lead generation, it is grinding away on telesales, email marketing, paid media etc for which we know, we just don't have time to do our own. They did nothing in my humble opinion from the evidence and the reason they don't want to reveal their methods is for that very reason. They did give us 1 so called lead which amounted to someone not interested in our related services at all! If it was telesales they should have records, if it was email they would have had records.... they don't.

Very happy with the service I receive from Clarity Stack. I have saved lots of time plus we have won a great new client.

These guys are the shadiest company in the US and probably GB. They try to scam you, they lie to you, they do not produce contracts, retainers, list of what work would be done or anything.

When they call here in the US, they know they have loopholes because of our lousy government and them being based in the UK. I highly suggest and recommend that ANY US business steers clear of them.

And take a look at their comment. Saying I threaten them which is 100% inaccurate. I read the reviews and their reviews are all fake and the ones that are not fake are one star. This gentleman didn't even send me an order form, didn't even send me an agreement, didn't even send me a contract all he did was fraudulently take our card information without even sending us anything. And then after the call he said hopefully within 3 months you'll start to get a lead or two

Everybody be warned about this company this is not a real company they are in the UK and they are fraudulent

We have been supporting Clarity Stack with their HR services for over 18 months now, and it has been a pleasure to work alongside them. The team at Clarity Stack have always been welcoming and professional and have always gone above and beyond to help their clients.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to any potential candidate or business looking to use their service.

Signed up to Clarity Stack in April, so far, so good. Takes a little bit of time to get going, but once you have set your brief the leads start to come through. Highly responsive customer service - which is always a bonus with a business like this.

I signed up to a Leads package with Clarity Stack back in March, and so far am really happy with the leads I have received.
I've given feedback to the team, which has been listened to and taken on board. They are also really responsive on their live chat, which has been really handy.
Overall happy with the service and looking forward to receiving my next leads!
